PARKING- Parking is available for $58 per vehicle per stay. You will have the option to register
and purchase parking passes online in advance of your arrival or at the service desk
when you check-in.

🚤 Boat Slip Available
Bringing a boat? A 40ft boat slip is available for rent (no lift). Rates: $50/day or $300/week.
📩 To reserve the slip, reach out via messaging.
A separate boat slip rental agreement is required, and the slip is booked offline. Guests must register their boat/jet ski at the front desk upon arrival at POB and before using the marina. Guests using a marina slip will be issues a temporary pass which indicates dates the slip will be occupied (arrival and departure) and condo unit # where the guest i staying. Temporary passes are to be affixed to the boat and or jet ski so as to be clearly visible from the pier by Security personnel. Failure to display a temporary pass could result in removal of the boar or jet ski. For boats parked in the boat trailer lot (i.e. not using boat slip), locks will be applied until such fines are paid. $10 per night for trailer parking first come first serve.

This place was great! Very family friendly and the space is beautiful and a very nice view. The area is not overly crowded when leaving the property and no heavy traffic. Overall stay was great!

Condo had bare minimum. Be sure to bring hand soap for hand washing. Condo was clean and property was nice with great lazy river and pools. Communication with host wasn’t the best (not a quick response time). They offered cheaper parking cost if you paid in advance, but didn’t send information early enough for us to take advantage of that perk.

Property was exactly as described and was a great location. There was no way to pre-pay for parking so there was an extra 10 charge. The lady at the front desk was very helpful though with getting us set up.
