Guest Access:
Our condo does not provide designated parking spaces however we are adjacent to the Old Town Parking Garage, which offers FREE parking on Sundays/Holidays & Mon-Sat 6pm-8am ONLY on the ground level. More details below.
-Step-Free Catwalk on same level as condo less than 50 feet away in gated parking.
-Public Bike Racks with FIXIT tools just outside the garage.
-Elevator for easy access
-4 EV stations for your convenience on 2 floors of the parking garage.
-Keyless and stepfree entrance, including inside of the condo.
Parking Options:
Old Town Garage: Enter gated area off 8th Street (between ivy and Capri buildings). Park on 2nd floor near the elevators, walk across catwalk and you have arrived.
Fees apply: $1.25/hour or $20/overnight, 7 days a week.

Alternative Ground Floor Public Parking (same garage):
Enter Old Town Parking Garage off 8th Street (no gates), pay at Master Meter, take elevator to 2nd floor, walk across catwalk and you have arrived. Fees: $1.25/hour and Overnight parking at no charge from 6 pm - 8 am

Old Town is a part of downtown Traverse City. Would can walk or bike to all the shops and restaurants, Clinch Park beach, marinas and more.

Getting Around:
Most of downtown is walkable from this location.

Our Condo is suitable for Single Individuals, Couples and Families.
No stairs required to access home or inside home (zero steps). Elevator access in the parking garage.
