Welcome to your Short-Term home away from home at The Crestwood by EFG â a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath furnished home in Stonecrest, GA, combines classic charm with modern updates, and sits on a peaceful, tree-lined street with a spacious yard. Ideal for professionals, corporate travelers, film and medical staff, or relocation stays of 30+ days.
The home is situated on a quiet, tree-lined 1-acre lot. Please note there is a separate, detached guest house (ADU) located at the rear of the property (approximately 40 feet away).
âSeparation: To ensure mutual privacy, the ADU has its own driveway and entrance.
Shared Yard: While the sprawling rear yard is a common area, the acre of land provides a park-like atmosphere with ample room for peaceful, private enjoyment.
Inside this 1,240 sq. ft. home, enjoy a comfortable living area with a 55â Fire TV, a 43â TV in the primary suite, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for everyday cooking. High-speed 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and electricity are included for a seamless extended stay. The home also features an in-unit washer and dryer, driveway parking, keyless entry, and outdoor security cameras.
MTR Requirements (Stays 30+ Days)
To ensure a secure environment, stays beyond 30 days may require a background check and a Short-Term lease agreement to be signed within 24-72 hours of booking. Failure to complete these steps may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

â- Occupancy: No parties, gatherings, or unauthorized overnight guests. Infants count toward the maximum guest limit.
