Guests access the property via the gravel drive on 68th Street to the red gate. However, they are not allowed down any hillside near the river bottom.
Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 6:00 am daily. The grill may not be used on decks or near the house. Grilling must be done outside in the grassy areas.

This was a great place to stay for a little getaway! It was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the privacy of the privacy of the property while still being a short drive from South Haven's downtown, Sherman's Ice-cream, and the beach. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive, which made the experience wonderful and smooth. Would definately stay again!

This was the perfect spot for a little getaway! The home was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was exactly as described.We happened to have some giant storms roll through during our stay, which left the area without power for a day. Even though it was completely out of her control, our host was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help us, checking in on us and even finding us accommodations while the power was out.You can tell she truly cares about her guests and wants them to have a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

The house is absolutely adorable. It had everything you could think of that may be needed. Beds were comfortable and the location is perfect. Away from the busy town but still close to downtown. Host was very responsive and even left us a welcome gift. Definitely would stay again. Only suggestion I would give is place something at the driveway, maybe a little flag with a strawberry on it . We almost missed the driveway multiple times. Great host, great house.

Such a comfy cottage feel! Loved the space as a getaway for my wife and I for a weekend. Our host was incredibly responsive and took care of every detail. Loved the recommendations for things to do in South Haven and enjoyed getting to experience some of the unique area restaurants.

Our stay and our host were both so wonderful!! From the communication before we stayed to the welcome note, smores kit for the kids, sidewalk greeting, extra beach towels and toys, fresh specialty coffees and creamer, cozy throw blankets, super clean gorgeous space inside, to the beautiful landscape outside with colorful fragrant flowers and fresh strawberries and herbs, fun games, fire pit, and relaxing pergola space....our stay was truly magical and we were sad to leave. Jenene was such a kind and sweet host who went above and beyond to make us feel special and welcome. Her space was honestly beautiful and so clean and cozy. It was a place we couldn't wait to get back to after we had been out and about exploring South Haven and Lake Michigan which are fun and beautiful on their own. We felt right at home and would definitely be happy to stay here again. Thank you so much for helping to make our vacation so memorable and sweet, Jenene and family!!

This cottage is great! Upon arrival we were greeted with a bouquet of beautiful flowere and a welcome card. Things only got better from there. Very clean with open spaces displaying an extra touch in every room; giving the cottage a shabby chic beach feel. From extra throw blankets in the living room, to every kitchen utensil you could need, a coffee style bar, spa hygiene products in the bathroom, board games as well as a large beautiful outside space. Which had it have been warmer there was an area for a fire with a bundle of wood provided, a patio, and grill we would have utilized. The hosts were easy to reach for questions and provide check in and out details as well as any questions that arose during the stay. Overall a very comfortable and peaceful stay for two mature ladies. Thank you!!
