Cette villa joliment décorée de 3 chambres à Hilton Head est idéalement située à quelques pas de la plage et à quelques pas de la piscine communautaire. Cette villa a été récemment rénovée et dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'une télévision haute définition de 127 cm dans le salon et de sept places assises dans la salle à manger. Le salon a accès à la terrasse privée. La suite principale est située au premier étage et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bains privative et d'un accès au patio privé. Deux chambres d'hôtes sont situées au deuxième étage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la piscine communautaire et les palmiers tropicaux. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée. Le lit de repos est situé dans la salle de bonus / den. Détendez-vous dans le salon ouvert, nouvellement décoré avec des portes coulissantes en verre à la terrasse privée et piscine communautaire.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying I loved the space. The kitchen was more than equipped. I had every thing that I could imagine. There ended up being 9 of us and everyone had a bed. I liked being steps away from the pool and walking distance from the beach. The only complaint I have is that the a/c went out and we had to try to sleep in an 82 degree condo. The maintenance man came out but couldn't get it started. He promised to have someone out first thing in the am but no on arrived until mid day. I really hoped to have been compensated for the inconvinence, but no one even offered. That was disapponting. Once it was back on we continued our vacation in the cool. Even saw a deer across the street.

We enjoyed the beach, the pickleball courts, the golf courses and the pool. Our condo rental had plenty of room for all of us to have a little space of our own, but also ample space to hang out together. Overall, a nicely updated condo. The bathrooms upstairs are still a little dated, but hoping they are next on the list for renovations. They functioned fine.

It was not as clean as I would have expected - looked like the rug wasn't vacuumed, there was tooth paste residue in the drawers in the bathroom and egg residue on the spatula in the drawer. Nothing we couldn't do ourselves, but would have expected it to be cleaner.

Great Location!

Great Location. Only a short walk to Dunes House beach area. The living area has been newly renovated as well as the bathroom in the bedroom on main floor and are great. All bedrooms have carpet. Easily sleeps a group.

Great Villa!

We have an extend family of 7 that includes an infant. This villa is in a great location with plenty of space! Just a few steps out the back door to the pool and a 7 minute walk from the front door to the beach access. The third small room upstairs contains a day bed and is an excellent spot for a 2 year old. Outside closet is filled with everything you need for the beach. Very convenient to all 3 Palmetto Dunes golf courses.

Good Location. Great House layout for our group

Overall we had a great experience at this home. The cleanliness could be improved. Especially considering COVID. The coffee pot, for example, had old coffee in the water receptacle and it was very difficult to clean out. The home layout was great for our group. There was even a small bedroom/closet that was perfect for our youngest guest. The pool was right outside the backdoor and the beach was a 10 min walk away. It should be noted there was NO wifi on our trip so the TV and our computers did not work.

Family Beach Trip

This house was perfect for our trip! It had just enough space for everyone. The extra little room with the twin bed was perfect for my son who was the only boy. The girls shared the double room and both sets of adults had a master. The home was very clean. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The location to the pool was perfect. It is literally steps from the back door. The walk to the beach was a little far so we drove most days. I think if we didn’t have all the kids and things to take it would have been fine. The main office of Palmetto Dunes gave us some problems getting extra entrance passes. We were only given one at check in. There were two families with two cars staying. I constantly had to call the front office for passes every time one of us had to leave and come back. Sometimes they would give us one and sometimes they would not and we would have to go to the gate and switch off. The parking at the villa was some what limited. There was only one parking space that went with the unit (or only one that was ever available). There were 3 in front of the unit but one space had a covered car parked in it that never moved and the guests in the other villa used the 2nd. Overall our stay was amazing and we had so much fun!

Dear Sarah, We are so glad to hear that you had a wonderful time at the house! As far as the passes are concerned, we do not show any record of a request for a second pass. Were you contacting the Front Desk at our Welcome Center or at the Security office? I ask because Security is a separate entity than the Resort. We would have been happy to provide a second pass so that you didn't have to go through the inconvenience of handing off the pass, and we are so sorry that you had to go through that. Please know, for the next time, that all you need to do is contact the Welcome Center to order a pass. -Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort.

Great Golf Vacation

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo. We were in Hilton Head for a large golf tournament. The layout was great for the two couples and our daughter. The living room furniture, especially, and the beds were very comfy. My daughter did say that one of the beds in the double room had a small dip in it, but it was still very comfortable. The location was great. Very easy to find and about an 8 min walk to the beach. The pool was outside the door. We used it once, but it was a little cold due to the weather in October. The updates that have been made were very pretty and modern. The kitchen could use an update, however, it was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Hilton Head.

Awesome condo!!

We recently stayed in this condo for spring break. It was fantastic and included everything we needed and more. We had perfect weather with great access to the pool and beach. Myself, my 2 children and my parents were very comfortable in this spacious, updated, newly furnished condo. We can't wait to come back!!

AMAZING!!

We came across this gem at the last minute last year. It was an absolutely FABULOUS place to stay! We were so disappointed to have missed out on renting this property again this year. The villa had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil we needed. Our children loved having their own upstairs bedrooms with balconies! Overall, the stay was more than we could ever have hoped for! Thank you!!
