Great location

The condo was in a great location, and the beach was not very busy, which we loved. We had a small problem with the bathroom not flushing correctly, but after two calls, in two days, it was fixed. There was an odd smell in the bathroom when the shower was running, almost a sewage smell. The bathtub was huge, but you couldn't take a bath because the hot water did not work well enough to fill it up. The wifi was not great, but we knew that based on previous reviews. Minus those few things we enjoyed ourselves, and even stayed an extra night.

Property needs a makeover

The condo was nice, except for the balcony and balcony doors. They did not shut easily. The blinds did not close at night, so we had to create a rig to block the sunlight in the morning. The balcony furniture is 10+ years old and in terrible shape.

Family vacation

We loved this condo! Great location, really nice room, on the beach, and not to crowded. Parking lot is small but there is additional parking across the street so not a deal breaker.

Very nice condo. Exceptionally nice bathroom. The only negatives were I was given the wrong gate code. Luckily another guest gave it to me as I struggled with it. And the WiFi was terrible. I could never get anything downloaded.

Saying Unit 202 at Havana Club is First Rate is an understatement. Everything was top drawer. We had one problem during our visit and this is where your Resort company is so important. Dryer, as mechanical things sometimes will, malfunctioned. Saltwater Vacations stepped, in offering to pick up our laundry and take it to the laundromat for us and then paying for it. This was above and beyond the Call of Duty. Wonderful condo, wonderful view, and a wonderful company to deal with. Thank you, Kati and crew.

We have a family of 6 and there was plenty room for everyone. Perfect location near grocery store and shopping, the harbor is just a little drive away. Oh and the best part is the beautiful beach view and gorgeous clear water. We will definitely return to this location.

What a beautiful condo!! It truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was so nice & clean and the bed was so comfortable which is a top priority for us. We love having a private beach in that area so I would highly recommend to anyone. The only issue we encountered was the dryer didn't work. (We didn't want to have to wait on a maintenance person so we didn't report it.)

This was our 1st time at Cabana Club #202. We were celebrating our 10 yr. anniversary and brought along our 3 girls. We normally stay in the summer so this was a first for us. The weather was okay, a lot of mist and very foggy. We enjoyed the unit very much and the tub is awesome. Except you run out of hot water before you can really fill it to enjoy the deep tub. Really need to upgrade the water heater or either get a smaller tub. Where did the pantry go...lol other than that perfect!!! Great upgrades. I don’t think I would consider any other unit since I think this is the only one that has been updated. Great job!! We will be back in Destin in 2018 for our yearly summer stay. See you then!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cabana Club #202. Our daughter and her family and our grand babies also stayed at Cabana Club. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. A last minute decision to go to Destin for our 27th anniversary was a great idea! We found this wonderful condo on the beach, from making our reservation to checkout was perfect. The condo was perfect! The weather was perfect! The balcony view was priceless..Wished we could have stayed longer.. We will definitely make a return trip!
