Maison privée de 966 pieds carrés, près de la plage mais loin du bruit du centre-ville

1ère fois jamais loué !! Maison joliment décorée avec cour arrière clôturée et bain à remous privé !!! La chambre principale a un lit queen size et une salle de bain privée derrière un dressing, la 2ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et le salon a un tout nouveau canapé-lit pleine taille - tous les matelas et le canapé ont été achetés neufs en 2017. Sièges de table à manger 6. Chambre dans l'allée pour 2 voitures avec chambre devant la maison pour une troisième voiture. La maison est située dans une rue calme à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la jetée, des restaurants, du parc d'attractions et bien sûr de l'océan !!

Such a wonderful cottage. Modern appliances, exceptional decor, comfortable and welcoming. The hot tub is spacious and perfectly situated for privacy. Quiet neighborhood and close proximity to Old Orchard Beach and downtown as well as grocery store, dining and a beautiful golf course.

Karen & Buddy's place in OOB is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the action along the Pier, but set just far enough away that you still have a peaceful retreat from the hustle, bustle and nightlife. Clean and spacious, this was a perfect house for us. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay and vacation

This was our second time staying at this wonderful gem of a home. The owners really make you feel at home. It’s under a 10 minute walk to the beach, close enough to all of the fun but away enough if you would some quiet time. Wonderful vacation, we will be returning😊

Perfect place to stay

Was the perfect stay for what I needed. You can walk down to the beach or stay home and hot tub and build a fire. Stress free week.

Great house

The house is in walking distance of the beach, pier and good shopping. It’s also close to a great water park, breweries and camp grounds. It’s a great place for a family to kick back and relax! My family and I would definitely stay again!

Great location and home

We had a great vacation with easy access to the beach and downtown (including walking with a double stroller). The home was clean with a yard. The hot tub was just an extra perk!

Best little cottage at the beach!

We had a wonderful time at this cottage, the place is absolutely beautiful! The backyard is the perfect bbq spot and we really enjoyed lounging on the nicely appointed deck area. Very nice area/neighborhood, short walk to all the activities. We would love to rent again!!!

Wonderful !

Perfect walk to beach/ boardwalk. 10 mins or so. Just far away from the hustle and noise. On a quieter street. Hot tub was a perk. Beds comfortable. It was a great stay and would definitely go back !

This is where you want to stay!

Thank you to Karen and Buddy for having such a wonderful place! The location is amazing, close enough walk to the beach and the pier but far enough away from the night time noise. The backyard with the patio furniture, hot tub, grill, and picnic table is everything that you would want as part as your vacation getaway. This home is everything you'd want for a beach vacation! We already can't wait to come back next summer. Thank you Bakers!

Beach House

Wonderful, small beach house in Old Orchard Beach, ME. Up to date. Super,,comfy beds. Plenty of kitchen wares. Awesome hot tub! Stylish furnishings w/ whale motif thruout. Near to grocery, restaurants and the Saco pier. We loved our stay and will definitely return!!

We loved it!!!! House was absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to pier and beach! We completely enjoyed the private yard as well as the front porch. Every morning and night was enjoyed in the hot tub! We can’t say enough about this beautiful home! You need nothing except to pack your clothes and get ready to relax! House was perfect, most fully stocked house we have ever stayed in. Toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, towels, blankets, etc. House was more than spacious with lots of areas for miscellaneous storage and suitcases. Other places we have stayed at have felt more cluttered. Not the case here which was great with two children and lots of things for the beach. Place was immaculately clean and hot tub was a plus. This was in no way an issue for us, but I didn’t see a review about it. There is not a clear straight walk to the beach. We have two children, aged 10 and 12 and it was about a 13 minute walk for us. Again, this was no issue as it is a very easy walk, but you do have to go around the railroad tracks. So if you do bring a lot of beach stuff make sure you have a wagon. Perfect stay and would highly recommend.

Paradise in OOB

The photos TRULY do not do this house justice. When my boyfriend and I first arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised to see just how clean and well-maintained this home is. The house is a classic beach cottage that also feels very modern. It's spotless and well-decorated without feeling sterile. And it had EVERYTHING we needed, from the kitchen to the linen closet. The owners were not only communicative, but also extremely pleasant and generous, going so far as to provide us with personal recommendations for dining and recreational activities. This is a GEM of a home, and we can't wait to return!

Amazing OOB house for family

This property was PERFECT for our family of 4! Everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies and linens were provided. The house was incredibly clean and smelled nice and was only a 5 minute walk to the pier/beaches/downtown. The house was cozy, beautifully decorated and the outside spaces provided us fun spots to hang out and relax. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful/clean/comfortable retreat at OOB and if we make our way back ever we will most definitely stay here again. Communication with owners was fast (we did not encounter any issues during our stay) and check-in was super easy!! As a mom I loved the deadbolts on doors to outside, fire alarms and fire extinguisher as safety features as well as the fenced in back yard!!

Great beach vacation home

We loved this home in Old Orchard Beach. The house is just as it looks in the photos. It had the perfect amount of space for my husband and me and our two college aged daughters. The house was clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our trip. We like to cook and the kitchen was perfect for that. The hot tub was clean and so relaxing. The back yard with the fire pit was a great place to hang out at night and there is a nice deck with seating as well. The front porch was a nice place to have our morning coffee. You can walk to Old Orchard Beach but we enjoyed driving to Ferry Beach State Park and Pine Point Beach. The Park is very quiet and perfect when you are trying to have a quiet day at the beach. We also had a blast going to see a Portland Sea Dogs baseball game. Check in and check out were super easy with Karen and Buddy and they were perfect with communication before our trip.

Clean, cozy Old Orchard Beach house

My family enjoyed a fantastic week at this adorable beach house. First off, it was probably the cleanest little house we've ever stayed in - a welcome relief upon walking in the door. The bedrooms are small but nice. The common spaces are excellent - clearly remodeled in the recent past the eat-in kitchen was a pleasure for prepping and enjoying meals. The family room is tiny but again, perfectly cozy for the 4 of us for the limited time we spent on the couch - because the outdoor space is fantastic. We enjoyed playing games and relaxing on the back porch, my teenage daughters particularly enjoyed the hot tub, and the little back yard with picnic table is even better than the pictures. Bathroom is great. Shower is great. Front porch is a peaceful place to enjoy a quiet morning. Neighborhood is quiet - I met a few of the neighbors throughout the week all were very nice - a sweet contrast to the busy and somewhat overstimulating boardwalk area of Old Orchard Beach. There is lots of boardwalk style shopping and eating within a few minutes walk. My family spent a few days on the popular beach but enjoyed some of the more low key options in the area as well such as Ocean Park (a sleepy little spot barely a mile from the house), Crescent Beach State park beach (quiet and lovely), along with adventures up to Portand for excellent dinners and the gorgeous botanical gardens up in Boothbay Harbor. Owners were responsive, helpful and kind. Highly recommend this listing.

OOB Cottage

The cottage was nicely equipped with everything you need while away. It was roomy for two couples with a nice yard and front porch. Hot tub a bonus. Location was close to center of town and beach and a half hour drive to Portland.

Amazing home away from home

This truly was a home away from home. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We were minutes from the beach and just away enough from the hustle and bustle. It truly felt like a beach home getaway. As a first time experience with VRBO the owners of this gem set the bar high for our next getaway. We didn’t want to leave😊 kids had their own space, we enjoyed campfire time, the jacuzzi, easy walk to the beach, lounging at night in the beautiful outdoor space…I can go on😊 we’ll be back!

This property is the cutest!!!! Let’s start at the beginning. We were going to a place we have never been before and had no idea what to even expect but these people are the sweetest and made everything so smooth! They gave us ideas of things to do while we were there which was a huge help and we could kinda plan our vacation before being there. The house is perfect, everyone always worries about rainy days on vacation and well nothing to worry about here your so close to everything (shopping, pier, beach etc) you could still make the best of a rainy day! Cozy comfy and roomy! It was absolutely perfect WE WILL BE BACK!!! That is for sure

We fell in love with OOB taking our 2 kids on day trips from New Hampshire on the Downeaster Train. We love owning this charming bungalow and sharing it with other families.

This house is in the perfect location in Old Orchard Beach, so close to the heart of OOB, the pier, shops and restaurants, plus the beautiful beach that stretches out for miles on both sides of the pier. Although only 5 minutes away from the busy downtown area, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, you get the best of both worlds.

The house is perfect for a family, very comfortable at 966 square feet and a nice size back yard. It has hard wood floors throughout and all modern appliances. It also has a comfortable front porch great for relaxing.
