THE SPACE

Shaka 625 is a beautifully designed and curated two-story house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. To ensure an easy check-in, all of our units are equipped with smart locks giving each guest access by entering unique reservation pin codes. For safety reasons, we do not provide detailed entry instructions until the day before your check-in.

Our home sits in one of Fort Lauderdale`s most sought after neighborhoods, Victoria Park. Shaka 625 is only a 5 min drive to Las Olas and 10 min to Fort Lauderdale Beach! There are plenty of places nearby to get cocktails, fresh seafood and soak up the sunshine.

We live just a couple blocks away so are available if any issues arise. Please reach out to us any time before 10 PM so we can respond to you ASAP. For any messages received after 10 PM, we will respond first thing in the morning.



Situated in the desirable Victoria Park neighborhood, this home is just a short distance from the beach, shops, and local attractions. Explore the vibrant Fort Lauderdale area, known for its beautiful beaches, diverse dining options, and exciting nightlife.



Uber is very accessible or a rental car is recommended.



IMPORTANT

Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is enforced by the city.



A gentle reminder, absolutely no smoking inside the property, no pets or parties allowed. A minimum fee of $500 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.



BUGS: As a reminder, South Florida is a humid climate year round, which bugs love. We pest control spray our properties on a monthly basis to prevent bugs and cockroaches as best possible. However, because of the South Florida climate, we can not guarantee that bugs won`t randomly appear. If they do, please let us know right away and we will address the issue immediately. There will be no refunds issued for bugs.



HURRICANE SEASON: June 1st- November 30th. We encourage all travelers who book during this time frame to purchase travel insurance that covers natural disasters.
