Access to room and bathroom with a digital code. Ideal for one guest but up to 2 guests can stay. Full size futon bed(1). The futon might be uncomfortable for people of a certain height and body composition. Please reach out with questions about the bed . Microwave, refrigerator , Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods , water, snacks , and condiments in room. Guest can request drinks or snacks of their choice before check-in. Dominoes and card games inside room. Bathroom is detached from the guestroom approximately 20 feet away from the room inside the main house with a private entrance .The bathroom is NOT shared.

1 hour from Disney parks on I-4 . 30-40 minutes from Daytona Beach and boardwalk attractions. “Feel Good Winery and Vineyard” 10 minutes away( open Thursday - Sunday) . 15 minutes from Cassadaga Spiritualist Camp. Enjoy local Springs , Blue Springs, Deleon Springs, Gemini Springs full of wildlife and hiking trails. The best Greek restaurant is in Deltona, " My Greek Taverna" and other favorite local food trucks. Walking distance to shopping center and restaurants. Its a work in progress, so you might be surprised with new add ons on your check in date. There are dogs inside the main house, but they do not have access to backyard.

Clean bed sheets provided and blankets for hot and cold weather. Heater and AC inside room. All the essentials with a backyard twist ;)


The space is ideal for 1 or 2 guests . The room includes a full size futon(1), TV, coffee maker, coffee, cups, bottle water, microwave, WIFI, Netflix, Roku, blankets, towels, pillows. Room is under a shaded area and is well insulated. Space heater available for cold nights. There are dogs inside the house and they do bark, but they settle down quickly .

Your privacy is very important to me . The bathroom doors are locked from the inside of the house. People do live inside , so you might hear noises , smell food cooking , but the bathroom is not shared and no one inside the house can go inside the guest’s bathroom.

Guest has access to guest room via digital code. Bathroom is also accessible with a digital code and can be locked from the inside for privacy.Guest also has access to washer and dryer by request.

Parking is on the right side of the property near the garage and will be marked. Access to the guestroom is by the parking area.

The main house is occupied and it is not accessible to guest. The Detached Guest room is 96 Square Feet. Report anything that needs to be fixed. DO NOT FIX ON YOUR OWN.
