This elegant 2-bedroom condo features two king beds, a sofa bed, a private balcony, and access to a rooftop pool, fully equipped gym, and AC co-working space. It’s the perfect blend of peace and convenience.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-outs may result in fees or removal.)
• Use the Google Maps link and directions provided inside your guest portal for accurate navigation. Other apps may cause delays or misrouting.
• Only the primary guest may hold keys or access codes—do not share or duplicate them.

➡️ Conduct & Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
• No parties or unregistered guests. Let us know in advance if you’re expecting visitors.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A fine of up to $200 USD applies if violated.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay.

➡️ Cleanliness & Property Care
• Please don’t move furniture—keep everything in place.
• Avoid using white towels for makeup removal. Stains from makeup, wine, coffee, etc. may result in replacement fees.
• If there are any breakages, damages, or an excessive mess beyond what’s considered normal use, a cleaning or repair fee may apply. Please just let us know if anything happens.

➡️ DIRECTIONS TO AMARU TULUM

Whether you're arriving from Cancun International Airport or the new Tulum International Airport, follow the steps below to reach your unit easily and without confusion:

✈️ From Cancun International Airport (CUN)

1. Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307
After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancun–Tulum (Highway 307) heading south.

2. Drive South on Highway 307
Continue for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours (about 120 km / 75 miles), depending on traffic.
You’ll pass Playa del Carmen and a few smaller towns.

3. Approach Tulum
As you enter Tulum, look for a large intersection with a Super Aki supermarket on the corner.
Turn left onto Avenida Coba.

4. Continue on Avenida Coba
Drive approximately 1.8 km along Avenida Coba.
Then, turn right onto Avenida Juanek.

6. Arrive at Amaru Tulum
Continue on Avenida Juanek for 800 meters, then turn left, and left again at the next block.
Your destination, Amaru Tulum, will be on the left-hand side.


✈️ From Tulum International Airport (TQO)

1. Exit the Airport and Follow Highway 307
Exit the airport and follow Highway 307 north toward Tulum Town.

2. Drive North on Highway 307
Stay on the highway for about 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic.
When you reach the main Tulum intersection with the Super Aki supermarket, turn right onto Avenida Coba.

3. Follow Avenida Coba to Avenida Juanek
Drive approximately 1.8 km along Avenida Coba.
Then, turn right onto Avenida Juanek.

4. Arrive at Amaru Tulum
Continue on Avenida Juanek for 800 meters, then turn left, and left again at the next block.
Your destination, Amaru Tulum, will be on the left-hand side.


➡️ Arrival & Self Check-In

There is no security booth at Amaru Tulum. Parking is on the street—there is no dedicated or reserved parking area, but free street parking is available directly outside the building.

Your unit is fully self check-in. Once parked, head directly to your unit.

Use the codes provided in your guest portal.
You will find digital codes for the lobby, gym, cinema, and coworking space & the code for the lockbox of your unit.
