The location is nestled on the upper edge of Grand Lake St. Marys between the towns of Celina and St. Marys. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is spacious and serene on a beautiful half acre lot. The outside is as charming as the inside with a big pea gravel fire pit and nice entertaining area equipped with a gas grill and a Blackstone griddle. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking or riding bikes and is loved by the community that lives here. We have kept every detail in mind when we remodeled this house as this is not only a short term rental, but our personal vacation home. The whole idea is to make it feel like a comfortable, fully accessible retreat - both for us and our guests. You will notice immediately that this property is meant to evoke the feel of an upscale home, not your typical “rotating door” short term rental property. Our aim is to bring modern luxury to the Grand Lake Region. Please kick up your feet and enjoy our lakehouse getaway.

The lakehouse is equipped with a brand new kitchen including a gas range, deep sink, refrigerator with water and ice maker and a dishwasher for your convenience. Other features include an outdoor fire pit, outdoor shower, indoor gel fuel fireplace, pebble stone walk-in shower, large bathrooms, high speed wi-fi, smart TVs and the most comfortable vintage sectional you will ever encounter. Boat dock rental is available upon request. We have integrated many pieces of furniture designed by us and manufactured by our team in Ohio. House Rules : Please respect our home as you would your own. We lovingly chose all the finishes and furnishings and would like to keep them nice for a long time. No pets, no parties/events without requests. Please observe normal quiet hours as this is a quaint neighborhood with families and elderly. If you use the Blackstone grill, you are required to clean it! If it is left dirty there will be a $25 cleaning fee.

Celina (voted best hometown in Ohio!) is becoming quite the destination point. From new, amazing restaurants and boutiques to lakefront activities. St Marys is also growing with a charming downtown, great restaurants and family friendly activities.
