The condo itself at Sugar Top was excellentâclean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The bedding was comparable to a five-star hotel, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Once we finally got into the unit, the space was a highlight of the trip.Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by major inconveniences that were never disclosed at booking. There is no on-site parking access. Upon arrival, we had to wait in line to unload our vehicle, remove everything we might need, then drive back down the mountain to park off-site. Any time you need access to your car, you must call for an SUV shuttle and wait, with very little communication on how the process works. While the shuttle driver was great, the system itself was frustrating and time-consuming.To make matters worse, one of the elevators was not working, and being on the seventh floor meant long waits just to get settled. The lack of transparency regarding parking and access to your vehicle felt like false advertising and significantly impacted our trip. The inconvenience ultimately led us to cut our stay short.In summary, the condo and staff deserve high marks, but the undisclosed parking situation and logistical challenges make this a place I would not stay at again or recommendâespecially for a ski trip. If parking access and elevator reliability were addressed, this could be a great property, but as it stands, the inconvenience outweighs the positives.
