Welcome to Kiran Terrace Duplex A101, this 2-story townhouse features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. With room to comfortably sleep up to ten guests, this home is perfect for families or groups looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The living room offers two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony for enjoying the coastal breeze. Also on this level is the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, along with a convenient half bathroom.

Upstairs, the first guest bedroom features a queen bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to its own balcony. Two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds, share a hallway bathroom, making this floor ideal for extra family members or friends. A washer and dryer are included in the unit for added convenience during your stay.

This unit is pet friendly. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. Pets must be 20 pounds or less, 1 pet per unit allowed, must be on a leash at all times, and Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet.

Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
