Guest Access:
As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

The Neighborhood:
Set in a good ol’ peaceful neighborhood, this place is just right for evening walks while you soak up those mountain views. The driveway’s nice and flat, and since it’s right off the highway, getting in and out during the winter’s a whole lot easier. Come cold weather, though, you’ll be glad to have a 4-wheel drive as we do highly recommend it!

☑︎ We love our home and our proud of the custom craftmanship. Please respect our space. NO glass, bubble bath or other harmful substances in the pool room or hot tub area.
☑︎ DO NOT stand or sit on the hot tub cover, it WILL break and collapse.
☑︎ Our home is on a septic system, do not flush wipes, diapers paper towels or more down the toilet.

☑︎ We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
☑︎ We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
