Maison avec piscine magnifiquement améliorée, parfaite pour 2-3 familles. Cette maison de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains a trois chambres principales cal-king, dont deux avec salle de bains. Le maître restant partage une salle de bain couloir avec deux chambres d'enfants avec lits superposés complets. Les chambres d'enfants disposent toutes deux d'un canapé-lit à bascule. Toutes les chambres ont 43 'TV plasma avec câble.

La maison a des planchers de tuiles et de bois franc partout sauf pour deux chambres principales qui ont un tapis amélioré. La salle familiale, située juste à côté de l'entrée, a un grand canapé sectionnel et une tanière avec un canapé-lit gigogne et un téléviseur de 43 pi. Hors de la salle familiale est une spacieuse cuisine à aire ouverte avec salle à manger donnant sur la piscine. La salle à manger peut accueillir dix personnes avec des sièges supplémentaires au bar de la cuisine. Un curseur de verre hors de la cuisine et de la salle à manger vous emmène dans la cour arrière qui a une belle piscine, un barbecue extérieur au gaz naturel, un ensemble de patio et des chaises supplémentaires.

La salle de jeux est dans le garage avec Ping Pong, Air Hockey et jouets. Il y a des poussettes, une chaise haute, un pack n play et des chaises d'appoint pour les invités ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Matelas pneumatique queen-size disponible dans la maison pour une literie supplémentaire. Salon principal a 60 'TV plasma avec lecteur DVD. La maison dispose d'un accès Internet sans fil haut débit et d'un service téléphonique national gratuit. Tous les meubles et meubles sont neufs depuis mai 2013. La maison a l'air central et la chaleur, regardez les feux d'artifice de Disneyland depuis les cours avant / arrière.

Family stay

Location is great for many activities in Orange County. We were in the area visiting family & some members of our group found it a great location for visiting Disneyland. Furnishings in house are very dated. Matresses in masters 1& 2 need replaced as noted by previous renters.

Family-Friendly, Spacious, Comfortable Stay with Thoughtful Touches

We had a lovely stay at this home—it offered a spacious, comfortable base for our family of eight to relax and recharge. There was ample seating for both lounging and shared meals, which made group time feel easy and enjoyable. The updated kitchen made cooking a breeze, and we appreciated the well stocked cabinets including lots of pots and pans, utensils, cups, plates and bowls and clean linens—including bathroom and pool towels—available throughout our stay. The beds were ok to mediocre, though a refresh in the future could bring an extra touch of luxury and would enhance the experience even more...Although the pool heater wasn’t hooked up during our visit, the gorgeous California weather kept the water at just the right temperature. We encountered a minor plumbing issue, but it was resolved quickly within 24 hours. The host’s communication was excellent—quick, helpful, and professional. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the peaceful neighborhood added to the overall sense of calm.While the home could use a bit of extra care in some areas to match the modern kitchen, it also could benefit from a good deep clean to really shine. That said, it met our needs well and made for a memorable, family-friendly getaway. With a few thoughtful updates, this place could truly become a five-star gem!

Perfect Disneyland house

Thank you so much, we all had an amazing time!! The house was perfect. The kids had fun in the game room , actually us adults had just as much fun!! Late night swim! Lots of towels and everything you need to enjoy your stay and do close to Disneyland d!! Would definitely stay again!!

Sweet little spot, short drive to Disneyland

Had a great stay. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bedrooms and more importantly plenty of bathrooms. The game room was popular as well.

Spacious, Convenient Stay with Great Communication

We had a great stay at this property! There was plenty of room for everyone, and we were all quite comfortable throughout our visit. The location was perfect, especially being so close to the parks—it made getting there super convenient. We were also very happy with the easy check-in process and the great communication with the property managers throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the bedrooms got a little warm at night and we noticed a few carpet stains in one of the master bedrooms. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely consider booking again!

Family vacation

Overall the place felt very cozy and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms was one of the reasons why we chose this place. The pool and the game room were a plus for our stay. Also, Disneyland is so close.

Enjoyed the stay

I know some reviews were nit picking the condition, however we have all stayed in worse. Was it 100% perfect, no, but it is a rental with some normal wear and tear. House was super clean, larger than we expected and perfect for our stay. The pool table and pool were huge hits with the kids. Anyone wondering about pool depth it is in the 8-12 ft range on the deep end. We actually said if we come back to California would consider using the house again, that's how much we liked it.

We were happy with our stay. Our only negatives were the pool temp was not 82 degrees as listed, there was no hot water in the kitchen and the mattresses were not very comfortable but other than that it is a beautiful home.

Pros: The pictures are accurate. There were more beds than we needed. Pics showed one high chair.. there were 4. Listing stated one pack and play.. there were 3. And with infant twins all the extras were a pleasant surprise. Pool was clean. Enjoyable large space for families. (Minor) Cons: Excessive posting of house rules and city rules and rules rules rules. Floors weren’t super clean for crawling babies. Overall a very nice house and pool. Def recommend :)

Ideal Family House

From the onset, communication with the host was fast and flawless. The house is spacious, gorgeous, in a very quiet neighborhood and a perfect fit for families with children of all ages. It is 10 minutes from Disneyland and even closer to stores and multiple restaurants. There is a swimming pool to unwind. I would definitely go back again. Thank you lovely host for your hospitality.

We loved this house. The rules were fairly strict due to community level crackdowns on rentals, but the rules were very well communicated and expectations were clear. Would highly recommend this property!

A Disastrous Stay at a Neglected Property I recently stayed at this property that was, frankly, a complete nightmare. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a series of distressing issues that made my stay uncomfortable and disappointing. First, the property had significant structural problems. The most alarming was a missing skylight, leaving a gaping hole in the roof.l outside. This not only allowed weather elements to enter but also raised serious safety concerns. The walls were not spared either, with noticeable holes and cracks that seemed to have been neglected for a long time. The interior of the property was in a state of disrepair. The tiles in various rooms were cracked and broken, creating a hazardous environment to walk around. The furniture, which looked promising in the photos, was a letdown – futon sofas and a chairswere ripped and stained, and lamps and bedposts were broken. In the kitchen, the situation was no better. Several cabinet doors did not close properly.It was evident that the property had not been well-maintained. To top it all off, there were numerous other problems throughout the property that made my stay uncomfortable. From leaky plumbing to general disrepair, it was clear that this property was not fit for rental. Overall, my experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The lack of maintenance and care was evident, and it significantly impacted my stay. I would strongly advise against anyone renting this property until these s

Great stay!

The layout in the home is a little funky, with 2.5 bathrooms on one side of the house with the master bedrooms and only 1 bathroom on the other side with 3 bedrooms. That being said, it worked our great for us! We loved the huge kitchen and table along with the living area. Lots of space to hang out with the pool area too plus the game room. We loved it! We had an issue with the garbage disposal and they came right out and fixed it.

Anaheim House

While the property satisfied our needs the overall cleanliness & general condition of the home is lacking. Some areas needing general maintenance include stabilization of the dishwasher & lower tray. Within the refrigerator some of the shelves & drawers were broken. The electric kettle leaked when used. The exterior windows to the pool were filthy (must be seen at 5pm). Plumbing taps for hot & cold were different in every bathroom. The washing machine leaked causing carpet in area to be wet & smell. Garbage cans were full to extreme on arrival. Child walker & toys were dirty.

Nice Anaheim Property

We spent the week in Anaheim and this was the perfect location. It was minutes from Disney and about a half hour drive from Angel Stadium. The 5 bedrooms were exactly what we needed. House was bright and spacious. Pool and patio were clean. Outdoor gas grill was a nice touch even though we didn’t use it. House had some wear and tear inside like broken ice maker and some loose cabinet doors but nothing that would keep us from renting again. Towels and linens were awesome and loved having the washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included. Body wash and shampoo were also provided as well as beach towels. If you have plans for Disneyland and have kids of any age this place is for you!
