Thank you for your comments. There should not be people on the property on a daily basis. So sorry, I will make certain that does not happen again. If there were any issue, they hopefully were cared for quickly.

As a VRBO Premier Partner host with over 100 properties on Grand Cayman and a 4.9 star average, we are very disappointed to see this review as it contains inaccurate information and omits a few key points. We inform all of our guests that if there are any items they need or if there are any maintenance needs, to simply contact our on-island property manager and he will promptly provide it. In our welcome email we proactively encourage our guests to contact us with any needs, instead of waiting and posting on a review where we have no opportunity to assist during their stay. Our property manager never received any requests for any of the kitchen or other items mentioned. Upon the guests departure, the property manager found an assortment of kitchen items in the yard where their children took them out of the house, apparently to play with them. The pool toys and noodles are in the closet. The owner just converted the garage to a 4th bedroom, with plans to install the 3rd shower in the master bedroom this summer 2023. We will update the listing as a 4 bedroom 3 bath when the 3rd bath is installed. The guests knew when they booked that the villa had 2 baths. The washer/dryer area has two access entries. No service requests were made regarding the AC unit, which has been tested and in proper order. Upon the guests departure, the property manager found one of the toilets stuffed with baby wipes, which are not designed to be flushed. The toilet had to be removed, baby wipes extracted and the toiled resealed and reinstalled. We charged the guest for the labor and materials to resolve the damage as per the rental agreement, which I’m sure influenced their review. The owner takes a lot of pride in Blue Vista Villa, maintains it very well and has it fully cleaned prior to each new guest visit, as per the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism guidelines. The other reviews you see on this VRBO listing more accurately reflect how much people have enjoyed staying at Blue Vista over the past several years.
