Blue Haven Beach House is a beautifully updated, elevated home located in the heart of Holmes Beachâjust steps from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the free island trolley. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, this coastal retreat features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious open layout perfect for relaxing with family and friends.
The main living area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home, including granite countertops, stainless appliances, and island seating for casual dining. Just off the kitchen, a screened lanai offers a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink with peek-a-boo Gulf views.
Down the hall on the main floor, you'll find a guest bedroom with two bedrooms that are two twins each and a full hallway bath. Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, sitting area, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Its en-suite bathroom is a comfortable retreat after a long beach day. A second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and private bath, offering a quiet, restful space for guests.
Outdoors, a private heated pool invites you to relax and unwind. A covered patio area provides shade and includes comfortable seating and a propane grill for easy outdoor dining.
This home also includes an elevator for convenience, though it is not ADA compliant and should not be relied upon for guests with mobility concerns. Garage and driveway parking are available, and the home is pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring your furry companions along for the fun.
PETS: Please note this property does NOT allow pets.
PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
