Si vous cherchez en bord de mer ce est l'endroit pour vous! Le sable chaud de cacao coloré est à quelques pas. Détendez-vous par l'océan dans notre nouvelle marque de 4 chambres, 2 salle de bain complète, unité de 1er étage entièrement meublé.

Unité 101 (. Au premier étage d'environ 1 200 pi²) dispose de 4 chambres - Chambre n ° 1 de lit King avec portes coulissantes en verre donnant accès à la zone de terrasse couverte et jardin joliment aménagé. Chambre # 2-2 lits jumeaux. Chambre # 3 Queen size et la chambre n ° 4 de lit de taille. TV dans toutes les chambres - certaines avec DVD construit en droit. Idéal pour les groupes jusqu'à 8. 2 salles de bains avec douches carrelée travertin ciselés avec portes coulissantes en verre. Cuisine - tous les nouveaux appareils - approvisionné avec vaisselle, casseroles et poêles, grille-pain, cafetière, etc. planchers de tuiles de travertin partout avec planchers de bois franc dans toutes les chambres. Les comptoirs de granit dans la cuisine et salles de bains. Les ventilateurs de plafond dans la plupart des chambres. Séjour a des portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent à porche avec table extérieure et barbecue. Pleine taille laveuse / sécheuse disponibles pour votre commodité. Great stay!

This place had everything our family needed for a great week on the beach and to visit both Kennedy Space Center and Disney. The owners were very responsive to our questions and the place was very clean and up to date.

Location location location! Clean and comfortable. Right on the beach and we even got to see a SpaceX launch! First floor so no beach view but the access was unbeatable.

We enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we need. We cooked all week and there were plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Also had plenty of towels. A few beach chairs and an umbrella. Great place to stay.

This property was perfect for our holiday family gathering. We fit comfortably with 8 people. The location is this property’s real value though - it sits right next to the beach access. Everyone can come and go to the beach as they pleased - and as the weather allowed.

Beautiful

This condo is just steps away from the beach, and has room for a group with 4 bedrooms/5 beds. The appliances and cookware are all modern and good condition. Beautiful table with seating for 6, and more tables outside for grilling out. We loved staying here.

Absolutely a beautiful home! It has everything anyone could need... perfect location!

This home was absolutely perfect... the decor, the amenities, and the location! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were spacious! The patio was a relaxing and popular area! Amazing location for beach and rocket launches!

We loved staying in this beautiful house. It is very spacious and RIGHT on the beach. We were able to watch two SpaceX launches right from the property and beach out front. Our kids loved collecting seashells, playing in the sand and boogie boarding. It is a great location for Kennedy space center visitors. The house was very clean, had tons of space and a lot of extra towels and sheets which was appreciated with our large group. The owners were very accommodating - even let us shop life jackets beforehand and helping with our grocery delivery. It was really nice having laundry in the house as well. Book this house! You won’t be disappointed!

Some TLC is needed…

We were disappointed in both the amount of TLC this unit needed as well safety concerns we experienced during our stay. We have privately sent the owner a listing of these issues in hopes they’ll use it to enhance the stay of their future renters. Nonetheless we enjoyed our family time together and being in close proximity to the beach. As an exciting bonus, we witnessed a shuttle take off.

This is a very unkind review. You were very good at asking a lot of questions prior to your arrival, but did not communicate with us at all until the night before your departure. The minute items of your concern, as I replied in your letter could have been taken care of immediately, as our maintenance person lives 10 minutes away. But having a microwave light not working, broken blind, and the emergency light coming loose were all things that happened during your stay, and it's called normal maintenance. You wrote us a nasty email the night before departure, seemingly expecting some kind of refund as is apparent from your review. Our reviews stand for themselves but after so many happy guests, you are bound to eventually run into a Karen.

Great stay! Definitely coming back!

My family loved being at this location, had fun like no other vacation. I can truly say they felt at home. The house was clean, well organized and very charming. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen functional and easy to use (plenty of space). They felt happy in this beautiful house and on the gorgeous beach. The proximity to the beach, 20 seconds to have our feet in the sand, was an absolute plus to the vacation, we were regularly on the beach even at night - and felt completely safe. The hosts were easily available, courteous and nice. The kids had so much fun there that we didn’t even go to Disney (45 minute drive from that location). Thank you for the stay! Beachside Vacation

This property provided a spacious, comfortable place for our children and grandchildren to stay when they visited during the holidays. After our original vacation plans for Hopetown were cancelled afterDorian, I rented this, and it was perfect. The property was clean and furnished very well. It was wonderful to have them so close to our home in Cape Canaveral. The owner was very gracious and helpful. I would definitely rent this again.

Best beach house ever

Thank you Linda for a perfect family beach week. The location was unbeatable as the beach was almost like our own private place. It was never crowded. The property was convenient to stores and restaurants. The highlight was witnessing a rare nighttime space launch! We had a perfect view. We will return.

Perfect beach location!! Up to date and very clean!

Beautiful property with easy access to the beach. The unit is very clean and modern. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 toddler. We had everything we needed as for as kitchen items (pots, dinnerware, utensils), towels (including beach towels) and bedding. Washer and dryer was a definite plus! The beach location is nice and is about a 30 minute stroll to the Cocoa Beach Pier. The property is next to public beach access so there are a fair amount of people coming and going during the day but this didn't bother anyone in our group. The owner is friendly and was quick to respond to questions during our stay. We will definetly return!

Great beachfront condo!

Beautiful condo right on the beach with great owners who were very helpful! Easily spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 kids. Nice appliances, dishes, linens, etc. The back patio is really nice, although it’s right next to a public beach access which had quite a bit of traffic during our stay. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Cape Canaveral.

Wonderful vacation

Great place for our 4-generation group! Very nice unit on the beach. The home was clean, well cared for, and nicely furnished. The beds were quite comfortable for a rental. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided. It was great to set up umbrella and chairs on the beach but still be able zip back to the house in less than a minute. It was easy to go back and forth for older folks and parents with young children who needed to nap. Nice beach and good location. It was a quick 50 minutes from the Orlando airport.

An enjoyable stay at the beach!

This beautiful beach house was an excellent place to spend time in Cape Canaveral. With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, it was extremely comfortable for 8 adults. The unit was spotless when we arrived and had so many extra touches that may our 8 night stay was very enjoyable (extra bath towels, bogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels). We stayed on the lower unit and the patio was so pleasant as a place to gather and visit with friends that stopped by. Neighbors also greeted us on the way to the beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. The appliances (including a full size washer and dryer) all seemed new and worked flawlessly. The kitchen was stocked well with good quality plates, silverware, pots, pans and cutting boards. A good selection of brochures were available in the unit to let us know what activities were available in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. And most important, Linda was an awesome host, including adapting to our changing plans when the satellite launch that we were attending kept changing. Wonderful host with a wonderful house!

Excellent choice for family and friends to vacation together and have all the comforts of home with a beach in your backyard! Sunrises were heavenly, beds comfy, and we finally got to meet the owners!! Our second stay here at 612 Jefferson Ave. and we will do it again and again!! Linda and her husband are gracious and helpful! Wonderful home and wonderful owners!! Perfect!!

My husband and I have owned property in the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area for the past 17 years. We are both private pilots and routinely fly back and forth from our Pennsylvania home to Florida. We love this area of Florida as it is very laid back and unhurried. It is the one true place our family gets to thoroughly relax.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the beach and decided that beachfront property would be the very best choice for us. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the waves, or watching the reflection of the moon on the water. Great place to relax and get away from it all, but still be near great activities (Kennedy Space Center, Cruise Terminals, Theme Parks, rocket launches, etc.)

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is not everywhere that you can watch a rocket launch into space. Unbelievable views as this happens directly overhead. Recently our guests witnessed history when the SpaceX booster came back and landed on the launch pad at NASA! Launches are always fun for our guests.
