Enjoy a conveniently stylish experience at this centrally-located newly renovated place. This modest concrete block duplex is located on the north end of College Park, bordering Winter Park Lake Fairview đŁ, several wedding venues and major highways.
Just south of us are all the college park restaurants, entertainment, and historic neighborhoods.

The 1200 sqft space includes:
â Living Room has a wifi TV equipped with Roku so you can login/stream from your favorite services. The couch serves as an optional futon to sleep đïž an additional 1-2 guest.
đœïž - Bar top for dinning as well as folding TV dinner tables in the closet.
đšâđł - Kitchen fully stocked including coffee maker, coffee microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator
đââïžđââïž - Master bedroom: Queen bed, dresser and 55` roku enabled TV.
đŽ - Bedroom 2: The Palm Room with double bed and plenty of lighting, ensuite bathroom and shower plus 55` roku TV. Also has a dedicated work space
đ đ - Bedroom 3: The Quad with 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeps 5.
đȘ- Backyard: Small private fenced in backyard.
đȘ- Porch entry way with no steps and has some privacy as it is fully fenced in. No ramp access. âż
We are available through the airbnb app and typically respond within the hour unless it is overnight.
The Property is directly across the main street from Lake Fairview Shores - a lakefront community. Our Duplex is at the entrance to a small RV & Manufactured home subdivision of 7-8 families. đĄđĄđĄđĄ

âïž - As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. Its a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy.
â ïž - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. We recommend leaving them on the corner - orange avenue. Failure to do so may result in fine
đ« - this home has old bones even though has been remodeled. Please DO NOT throw away feminine hygiene products or anything other than Toilet paper down the toilets. If we require plumbers to service the home due to this, you will share the expense. Please be responsible and discard such items in the garbage.
đš - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue.
đ- PARKING please please use the dedicated parking facing the front patio of the property. Parking elsewhere is prohibited as it will interfere with neighbors ability to enter/exit. Reach out to host for any inquiry
đ -For stays longer than 10 days, we require a weekly tidy clean that is complimentary.
đž Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
đ” Do not tamper with security devices, cameras, fire or carbon monoxide sensors/alarms.
Running business activity like Massage services, salon or any other kind of business services traffic at the property is strictly prohibited and can result in non refundable cancelation of your reservation
â This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - itâs a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).
