This House was Beautiful!! I vacation with my brother’s family every year and this VRBO was one of our favorites. The property was perfect and much better than we expected. It was spacious and very well appointed. The host was super responsive and helpful. The lake was perfect. We had so much fun!

We had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous house! It was incredibly clean and a great layout for our large family. Having an extra fridge in the garage was a helpful plus. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We have stayed at many lake houses over the years, and this has been our favorite! We hope to be back next year!

The home was beautiful and immaculately clean. It does sit in a very crowded neighborhood with houses very close together, but noise was never an issue. The beach in the area leaves a lot to be desired. The water is extremely shallow, with no chance of swimming. Overall, a good experience with very kind hosts.

We had a family of 10 people Pros: super clean, friendly host, fast communication, spacious, cute decor, and nice views from family room. Cons: we were given wrong info prior to arrival, horrible beds, not much for kids to do, the lake is NOT swimmable, there’s a small beach area that’s extremely tiny and slanted, there’s volleyball court in backyard is apparently for the neighbors and NOT allowed to be used. Probably will not be back due to cons.

Vineyard Lake is a well-loved destination for swimming, boating, and other water activities, and it is absolutely safe for swimming. We were 10 people over three generations (ages 16-81) who enjoyed the property immensely. It had plenty of space for all of us to spread out but we could also come together in the very large great room overlooking the water (very handy as we were there during the Canadian wildfires, making it difficult for the elders to go outside for long periods). Danielle and Craig were very communicative, from recommending a boat rental to getting a couple of things fixed, to answering all of my pre-trip questions. You would definitely want a boat here as you can't really swim in the small canal, but there is a small beach/swim area a few houses down that was very nice, especially if you had small children. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything. The hot tub was a hit with both old and young. If you like grilling, I would recommend bringing a portable grill as they have a Blackstone instead. The kitchen was fully stocked and had just about everything you could think of. The check-in and check out process was very, very easy. I can't recommend this place enough.

Our large family group had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful property. Of all the places I have rented, this was by far the best equipped including a never-ending supply of towels and bedding, paper products and cleaning supplies if needed. They even have toiletries like toothbrushes should you have forgotten yours. The kitchen was filled with everything you needed to cook for 15 people and there were munchies and a s'mores kit waiting for us when we arrived. The older grandkids really enjoyed the game room (beat me at ping-pong) and the extra refrigerator really came in handy. I was most impressed by the communication of the hosts. Every question received an answer in the blink of an eye. When the air went out on the hottest day of the summer so far, they managed to get a repair service to the property in less than three hours so that we were not inconvenienced. The open-concept kitchen/great room allowed us all to be together but not on top of each other. And there is so much storage including a pantry and huge closets so that you are never tripping over things. Our entire group was easily able to watch the World Cup together on the 75" TV. The primary suite is huge and private and having 3 1/2 bathrooms was very convenient. We would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it and these hosts.

Such a beautiful opportunity for our family of 15 to gather and relax together. Our kids and 7 grandkids (ages 19-7) had a wonderful time. The house itself was beautiful and sleeping arrangements were perfect. The house is so well equipped and appointed, the hosts thought of most everything, down to the makings for Some Mores! The kitchen is very well equipped with glassware, dishware, silverware and pots/pans. One of the best things was a second refrigerator in the garage. The garage is also equipped with a ping pong table, paddles & balls, a basketball shooting game, and a foosball table. There a two kids scooters, one for younger, one for older kids. There are two kayaks/paddles with life jackets. There are board games, puzzles and room to play all of it. Only issue was a couple of minor repairs. Danielle was very prompt to have a repairman come and take care of the issues. Great service from hosts and the repairman. Emailing with our hosts was easy, friendly, quick and informative. They were also very helpful in providing a referral to Rob's Rentals for additional kayaks and a lily pad. Great resource and with delivery and pick-up of the equipment.The house was as depicted and even better in some respects. While it came as a small surprise that we weren't directly on the beach (it was conveniently just 4 houses away) it actually turned out well because we had more privacy. Thank you to great hosts who made every effort to provide a warm, welcoming retreat

Fantastic place to gather for a family vacation at Vineyard Lake! Everything about the lake house and property is top notch - impeccably clean; spectacular lake views; outdoor space has great amenities with large furnished deck, 2 fire pits, hot tub, dock for boats, 2 kayaks, large Blackstone grill, and dining space; high end appliances and tvs throughout the house; spacious kitchen appointed with high end cookware, silverware, dishes, glassware, and S’mores station; luxurious master suite and comfortable beds in all bedrooms; expansive property ideally situated on a quiet area of the lake with easy access via boat to swimming areas and sand bars for gathering; also a nice sandy beach and safe, shallow swimming area for the kids only a short walk away; A truly luxurious lake experience - undoubtedly the best rental property available on this highly desirable lake. Communication with owners/hosts was above and beyond from the very first contact inquiring about the property until checkout. Definitely planning on returning.

While the start of our real estate career definitely wasn’t something we anticipated during the initial aftermath of a lightning strike, we quickly learned how much we loved watching a home transform through a major rehab, and it became our gateway into real estate investing. After experiencing the process of a live-in flip, our family moved to Plymouth, MI where we currently reside today. After investing over $100K to transform our primary residence into our dream home, we decided it was time to start investing in rental properties to transform our passion for other people.

In 2019, we purchased our first rental property. Our journey quickly escalated and over the course of the past 6 years, we invested in over $6M+ in real estate through investment properties in our local Southeast Michigan community. In 2020 Danielle also became a licensed realtor in order to better support our real estate dreams. Recently, Danielle resigned from her 15-year career in tech to pursue a career in real estate full-time and help friends & family find their dream homes.

We currently self-manage our local rental properties ourselves and truly enjoy getting to know all of our tenants on a personal level. By believing that a person’s home is at the center of their lives and a place that should bring families and friends together, we love being even a small part of that happiness for our tenants and clients.
