Located in the lower level basement of a residential home. Guests can relax on the living room couch and enjoy a variety of apps on the Roku TV.

The kitchen is designed with a full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, eating utensils, plates, coffee mugs and cooking appliances.

The bedroom is beautifully designed with a Queen bed, Roku TV and full sized closet.

The bathroom is located in the bedroom with fresh towels and wash cloths. It is also equipped with a Bluetooth sound system installed in the ceiling light.

You can enjoy the AC/Fan/Heating to your desired liking.

Kindly note, this is a low level suite suitable for heights 6’2” and below.

Transparency Disclosure:
This apartment is located in the basement of a family home, so some normal household sounds may be heard during the day. From Monday to Thursday between 8 AM and 6 PM, light noise from a visiting toddler may occasionally be heard from upstairs. The family also has an elderly dog who may bark briefly when someone enters the home.

If you’re highly sensitive to daytime household sounds, this space might not be the best fit. However, if you’re comfortable with a bit of everyday activity during standard hours, you’ll find this apartment to be a clean, spacious, and thoughtfully cared-for place to relax during your stay.
