Pet Policy:
We welcome pets (cats and dogs only), subject to size restrictions. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed per reservation. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet, and ensure the applicable pet cleaning fee is added to your reservation prior to booking.
If pets are brought without prior notice or not included in the reservation, an additional fee will be charged.

Secure Check-In & Guest Protection
All guests are required to complete their check-in through our secure guest portal, which includes identity verification and a mandatory, non-refundable Guest Protection Waiver. This requirement is part of building regulations and ensures compliance while providing added protection for guests throughout their stay.

The waiver is $25 per night (capped at $150) and provides coverage of up to $400 for accidental damages, giving you peace of mind during your stay.

Parking:
Please note that only one vehicle is allowed per reservation.
Additional vehicles can park for $10/vehicle/night, please inform us ahead of check-in and we can register.

A Minut noise monitoring device is installed in the unit — it monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video

While the building and its amenities (pool, gym, yoga studio, golf simulator, clubhouse) are maintained by property management, we are not responsible for any building-level maintenance, repairs, or temporary amenity closures outside of our control. Our unit is professionally cleaned and fully prepped before every stay. If anything inside the unit doesn't meet your expectations, let us know right away and we'll make it right.
