Pas de fĂȘtes dans ce condo. Grand sĂ©jour prolongĂ© pour affaires, confĂ©rences, conventions ou TV / tournage. L'hospitalitĂ© est notre affaire. Profitez du caractĂšre de ce bĂątiment historique, en particulier du toit avec une vue incroyable. Concerts Ă  distance et Ă©vĂ©nements sportifs. Upscale and just the right size

This unit has the upscale feel of a NYC apartment without sacrificing its Southern sensibility. The building is exclusive and secure. The location is in the heart of the action with plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance. The owner is attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. If you are in ATL, you owe it to yourself to stay here.

Cozy and Convenient

This is a well decorated studio apartment! The pictures don't really do it justice. The owners thought of everything from a wine welcome basket to a variety of snacks. Both the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with everything you need. The security officers at the front desk were very friendly and really helpful with where to go in the area. There is a two story Walgreens directly across the street from the building that closes at 10pm. The building is a little hard to locate as it is in an area that if you blink, you will miss it. If you are driving, be advised that you will have to pay for parking. Thankfully the Underground parking deck is close to the apartment building however it is $15 a day when you park longer than 4 hours. So definitely budget for parking if needed.

A wonderful home away from home

Do you enjoy staying in a home that feels like your own? The 4 C’s is such a perfect home for a get away! When we arrived, the front desk concierge was warm, welcoming and check-in was very easy! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need for cooking. The Wheeler’s provide linens/towels. Very comfortable bed (I loved the sheets so much, I took a photo so I can buy a set!) The Wheelers have thought of everything to make you feel like a rock star. They had snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us (YES!!) And we had such a wonderful and most importantly comfortable stay. I can’t thank these two enough for one of the best VRBO experiences ever! They responded so quickly to any inquiries I sent their way and were kind enough to allow a little later check out! They really went above and beyond and I will absolutely be staying here again when I come back to Atlanta! I highly recommend you reach out to this wonderful family and do yourself a favor by staying here! Thank you guys again!

I must say our experience was very nice! Calvin and Diona were very responsive. The condo was very clean and I felt right at home. It was very nice to have snacks available if needed. The check in process was super easy and the concierge staff was extremely nice and helpful. I must give 2 thumbs up for the decorator....very nice and clean. Calvin and Diona thank you so much for helping our stay in Atlanta an awesome trip. I would definitely recommend the 4C'a to those traveling to ATL and want the home away from home feel. I’ve been airbnb-ing for years all over the world, and Calvin’s hospitality is the best I’ve ever experienced. The location is ideal - close to 5 points subway station and all the main downtown sites. The apartment was nicely renovated and very clean. And the communication and thoughtful personal touches were impressive!

This is a freshly-refinished apartment in a clean, historic and Airbnb-friendly building (no sneaking around!) with a helpful concierge. The location is a 2-minute walk from Five Points train station, which serves as the intersection of N/S and E/W routes — SUPER convenient. On the street behind are numerous restaurants, and the best coffee shop in the area is a block away. About the unit: clean, very nicely furnished, extremely comfortable. I loved the tall windows and high ceilings. The kitchen was outfitted for cooking, the fridge was stocked with water and pop, and the WiFi was fast. The host met me upon checkin to show me around and offer tips for getting around the area. She checked in, replied instantly to my messages, and was generous as accommodating with my check-out schedule. Seriously, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
