Everglen Retreat

Welcome to our beautiful new home away from home! Everglen boasts a large primary bedroom on the main floor, a guest bedroom and 4-bed bunkroom on the lower level, and an upper loft space for some office work or overflow sleeping, as well as a huge back deck overlooking the expansive Rocky Mountains. Centrally located in Fraser Valley, a short drive can get you to the slopes of Winter Park, the calm waters of Grand Lake or anything in between. 

The main floor has the master suite with a king bed, deck access, heated bathroom floors, deep soaking tub and a waterfall shower head. The lower floor has a guest bedroom with a queen bed, large windows and outdoor access. There is also a 4-bed bunk room with large windows, outdoor access and a mounted TV. 

Above the master suite there is an upper loft accessible by a spiral staircase. The loft features a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space and a work desk with a view of Byers Peak. The main floor features a large great room with 19ft ceilings, ceiling fan, spacious modern kitchen and a high efficiency wood burning fireplace. 

Our expansive windows provide views of Byers Peak & the Continental Divide from the great room. Off the main floor there is a large porch with outdoor seating and an outdoor Blackstone griddle. The garage fits 2 large vehicles and has a Level 2 EV charger. Every bedroom offers closet or drawers for clothing storage & hangers. Our lower guest bedroom has an ironing board & iron, as well as a pack n' play for your use (please provide your own crib sheets). 

Guests will receive a door code at least one day before their reservation. The entire house is available to guests, minus the pantry and master closet. Contact information for the owners of the property will be provided to all guests after making their reservations.
