There's a full kitchen, comfy couch, smart TV, fast wifi & desk for those who need to do a little work on vacation. Property fully remodeled in 2023 and professionally furnished and decorated!

The space
The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...) The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is on the small side, but efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal or small gathering. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The back bedroom connects to a back room that has its own 1/2 bath, dedicated workspace with a desk, and full-size washer and dryer. You can access the private fenced patio from this room, or the enclosed sunroom down the hall.

Guest access
The patio is private, and shares a common wall with the unit next door. THere's a large yard out the patio door as well that's shared with other guests, but other than that, everything else is completely separated. The driveway is reserved for guests in UNIT A, but there are steps leading from the street alongside the driveway access to the patio and plenty of street parking in front or on the side of the house.

Other things to note
We have had multiple guests brings kids, and we 100% welcome them! We have one pack and play available for your use. When it's not booked, my family often stay and/or work from here and love it.
