The most important note is the basement is occupied by a single person. You will be given access to the primary home which is the 4 beds and 2.5 baths. You can sleep comfortably knowing that the basement has a separate entrance, so your group will still be able to experience privacy in this beautiful home!

Entry:
The home is equipped with a keypad on the front door. The code generated for you will be unique for your stay and no one else will be given this code. Please do not share your code with others and if you would like to register more than one code, please let us know! We’d love to get your help and ask if you’d please remove your shoes when entering the home and not allow water to soak on the floor.

Garage:
There is a 2-car garage attached to the home. It is clean and available for use during your stay. Please also note that if you do store items in the garage, it is not temperature regulated and cannot be guaranteed to be water tight. We cannot be held responsible for any damages to items stored inside of the garage.
It is important to note that in the winter months the driveway can get slick and we recommend that you do any loading/unloading in the garage space to prevent slipping. We want everybody to have a safe and enjoyable time while staying in Herriman!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home! The only thing we wish to mention is that we do have 1 locked closet that is for our owner supplies. This makes it easier for us to restock in between guests!

⏺DAMAGE PROTECTION & GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure that each guest is a great fit for our home and to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process facilitated by our trusted third-party partner, Superhog/Truvi.

Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected.

A non-refundable $50 fee is required to complete the verification. This step is necessary to finalize your reservation and proceed with check-in. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be subject to cancellation.

⏺BASEMENT APARTMENT:
The basement is leased by a single, trusted, family member full time. The basement apartment has its own private entrance and our family member keeps to himself. If needed, after a booking is confirmed we are happy to share contact information and answer any questions you may have about the living situation. We do ask that you respect his home as he will respect yours. There is a designated parking area for him that we ask is not obstructed or blocked as he has early morning work around 5 AM Monday-Friday.
