Sunshine Getaway: 10 Minutes to Disney! 2nd Floor Condo in Windsor Palms

Sunshine Getaway is a completely remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium located in the highly sought after Windsor Palms Resort! Located just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, this stylish and modern second-floor unit has a full kitchen, living room, laundry area, and a balcony that features breath-taking views of the resort! Guests have free access to Windsor Palms many amenities, such as the community pool, tennis court, arcade, clubhouse, movie theatre and more! The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the AC and heating during your stay. When you first walk into the unit, straight ahead is the kitchen. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave. Paper towels and a dish sponge are provided to guests, and they have access to the cleaners and soaps that are under the sink. Also under the kitchen sink is a roll of garbage bags that the guests can use through their stay.

The living room has one plush white couch, an armchair, a TV console and a large TV. There are books in the living room, and the TV is a smart TV. Off to the side in the living room is the dining area. The table can seat 6, and the chairs are also white plush.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a large dresser, two nightstands and a wall mounted TV. There is a small closet that contains a safe/file cabinet drawer that guests can use, as well as the vacuum cleaner. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom. This stunning large bathroom has a glass tile shower, a large vanity and sink, and a toilet. 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided to start the guests off for their stay. The shower has bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash that guests are welcome to use. There is also hand soap for guests to use as well.

The kids’ room is ocean themed, and the walls are adorned with nautical and fish wall stickers. There is a bunk bed and a small dresser with some books and little toys.

The second bathroom (which is between the kid’s room and the queen room) has another glass tile shower, a small vanity and a toilet. There is a small towel cubby that’s behind the bathroom door that has extra towels and washcloths. 2 rolls of toilet paper are provided for the beginning of the stay, and there is also shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap available as well.
