Entry:
The home is equipped with a keypad on the front door. The code generated for you will be unique for your stay and no one else will be given this code. Please do not share your code with others and if you would like to register more than one code, please let us know! We’d love to get your help and ask if you’d please remove your shoes when entering the home and not allow water to soak on the floor.

Garage:
There is a 2-car garage attached to the home. It is clean and available for use during your stay. There is an additional 1-car garage bay that is occupied by the basement tenant. Please keep this area clear and available for their use. Please also note that if you do store items in the garage, it is not temperature regulated and cannot be guaranteed to be water tight. We cannot be held responsible for any damages to items stored inside of the garage.

It is important to note that in the winter months the driveway can get slick and we recommend that you do any loading/unloading in the garage space to prevent slipping. We want everybody to have a safe and enjoyable time while staying in West Valley City!

Guest access
You'll have access to the upstairs unit of this home! The only thing we wish to mention is that we do have a locked closet that is for our owner supplies. This makes it easier for us to restock in between guests!

⏺DAMAGE PROTECTION & GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure that each guest is a great fit for our home and to maintain a safe, respectful environment for all, we require a brief guest verification process facilitated by our trusted third-party partner, Superhog/Truvi.

Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected.

A non-refundable $50 fee is required to complete the verification. This step is necessary to finalize your reservation and proceed with check-in. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be subject to cancellation.

⏺ UPSTAIRS UNIT:
We want to ensure that your stay with us is as comfortable and safe as possible. Please be aware that our rental property consists of an upstairs unit within a larger home. While there is a staircase leading downstairs to the basement area, we would like to inform you that this staircase remains securely locked at all times and is inaccessible to guests.
The upstairs unit is completely separate and private, providing you with a peaceful and exclusive space during your stay. We have taken measures to ensure that your privacy and security are prioritized, and the locked staircase is part of these efforts.
