We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and used it in morning to have the bride and her bridesmaids get ready. Great location, easy to get to, and beautiful scenery. Massage chair was a great perk! I highly recommend and would stay again.

Our annual trip to the Bailey/Conifer area was the best of 6 years because of this gorgeous, cozy, and inviting home. The layout is perfect for multiple people, the natural landscape and fantastic hot tub, fireplace, and lovely places to commune. We are so grateful!

The home and location were ideal! Our group was 5 women coming together for a relaxing getaway, which is exactly what we got. Plenty of space to relax and read, cook dinner together, relax in the hot tub. Easy drive to Red Rocks and Golden (about 30-40 minutes). Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great views and saw deer in the yard daily! Host was quick to reply to questions both before and during our stay - much appreciated! *Note - to access the primary bedroom, you have to walk through the double bunk room and the primary bathroom (or go outside and access from the deck that runs the length of the house from the living room to primary bedroom). There is a door to separate the double bunk room and bathroom, but no door to separate the bathroom from the primary bedroom. This was not a problem for our group but helpful to know!We would definitely book again and would recommend to others!

Pictures do not do this place the justice it deserves. It is absolutely amazing. My groomsmen and I were blown away by how great everything was. Ryan was super communicative, and everything was super easy to discuss. The massage chair in the main room was a highlight for all of us, with several of us using it twice! The only downside was that we didn't book it for 2 days instead of one! If you're even slightly considering staying here, do it! It's absolutely worth it!

We had our east coast family visiting for Christmas and so enjoyed our stay here! The house was so comfortable, plenty of room to spread out but also a great main area. The hosts were super responsive and able to hop over when he had trouble with the oven even though it was Christmas Eve! Saw some wildlife about, soaked in the hot tub, and enjoyed a trip into nearby Evergreen. Great stay!

Our stay in this Conifer home was amazing! Starting with great communication with the host Ryan, the easiest check-in, an abundance of space, beautiful atmosphere, the spacious Olympic size swim spa, and the always fought over massage chair!! We spent our weekend absolutely enjoying the Mountain home and all its perks..All while attending a scenic nearby family wedding at The Green Valley Lodge, hiking at Staunton State Park(Davis Ponds Trail), and hosting a spectacular and delicious Rehearsal Dinner at Evoke1923 in nearby Evergreen. Only one regret was agreed upon by all when the busy weekend concluded…we didn’t book this stay a few extra days!! Thank you Ryan for the unforgettable experience of enjoying your beautiful home and all of its fabulous amenities!

Ryan's home exceeded our expectations! The family friendly environment was exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries. The hot tub was great, the beds were super comfy, and the gorgeous views were unending. My only regret is not staying longer than 1 night!

The home was beautiful and comfortable. Enough space for everyone. The swimspa was hot enough and big enough for everyone . The firepit was great. Eveything was convenient and simple to use. Would definitely stay again.

We went to that house to celebrate our anniversary and spend Valentine's Day with family, and we will definitely rent it again. The house is beautiful, large, and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone. The children had a wonderful time, and the kitchen, my favorite part, was very large and had everything we needed to cook. Thank you for your attention

Amazing. Just beautiful. Gorgeous home, amazing amenities. Just a heads up the batteries are low in the remote in the main living room and the lighter is out! But I mean we survived and we want to make this a yearly thing where us and the kids go to cabin. Make memories and share moments. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay and we sincerely thank you for creating such a beautiful, clean, up to date place to escape

Overall, our family really enjoyed the stay for Thanksgiving week!Owner provided several amenities: Flowers on arrival, fresh & clean towels/linens, soap/shampoo.The interior of the home was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. There were a few items that broke/didn't work fully during our stay (locks, hot tub breaker tripped on last night, some interior lights), but owner was very responsive.We loved the location, wildlife, and comfort. Owner appeared to be working on some finishing interior touches.Exterior had some construction debris, but did not distract from our stay.

We traveled here for a wedding about 20 minutes away. The house is breathtaking. The office space/bunk bed that connects to the master was perfect for peace of mind traveling with 2 littles. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 plus visiting family throughout our stay. Saw wildlife right outside our windows. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing views. Perfectly stocked. Could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly prior to our stay but that is being picky. The large shower didn't drain very well, and one of the three shower heads did not warm up so was not used. Would stay here again and again!

My experience with this property was far and away my best experience with a premier property. We had family in for a wedding and they allowed us to check in early, and extended the checkout time. There was plenty of amenities for 4 families, toilet paper, paper towels and coffee! Starlink WiFi is critical up there! I stay at rental homes at least 4 X a year and I highly recommend this house! I hope more premier hosts can up their game!
