Welcome to Hawk Ridge, a mountain-modern home with incredible views, luxurious elegance, and direct access to Breck's year-round outdoor lifestyle. This beautiful home offers gas fireplaces in both the great room and the primary suite, along with spacious bedrooms; each with a beautiful attached bathroom and large closet. The double garage provides ample space, with room for two additional vehicles in the driveway. Located near the Breckenridge Golf Course and just a few miles from town, the home offers easy access to Upper Flume and mountain biking trails, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing routes, and the bike path connecting Breckenridge and Frisco. Groomed trails and lessons are available at the nearby Nordic Center, and the free Breck bus stops less than half a mile away, making it simple to get into town or to the ski resort.
Living Room: From the main foyer, head down the stairs to the primary living level of the home. At the bottom of the stairs, you'll find the powder room on your left and the laundry room on your right. Straight ahead, the space opens into the inviting living room, featuring vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and a warm mountain ambiance. This comfortable gathering area includes a plush sectional sofa, a large flatscreen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the slopes or nearby trails.
Kitchen & Dining: Adjacent to the living room, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with breakfast bar seating for four. Just beyond the kitchen, the separate dining area offers seating for eight, perfect for gathering with friends and family for home-cooked meals or takeout from town.

Deck: Just off the main living area, step onto the private deck featuring a propane grill, gas firepit, and a comfortable outdoor sofa, an ideal place to relax, take in the fresh mountain air, and enjoy the peaceful alpine views.
Sleeping Accommodations: 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath
The primary bedroom is situated on the third floor (top level) of the home, while the two guest bedrooms are located on the first floor (ground level).
âą Primary Bedroom: King size bed, large flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, private balcony, spacious walk-in closet, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her sinks, a large soaking tub, and a beautifully tiled walk-in glass shower.
âą Second Bedroom: King size bed, flatscreen TV, dresser, walk-in closet, patio access, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and walk-in glass and tile shower.
âą Third Bedroom: Twin over queen bunk bed, dresser, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and glass tile shower.
Laundry: Directly across the hall from the powder room on the main level, you'll find a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Hot Tub: Access the hot tub through the sliding glass door in the second bedroom, located on the first floor of the home. The private hot tub comfortably seats up to six guests, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of mountain adventures.
Garage: This home also offers access to a heated 2-car garage equipped with an EV charger and a wall-mounted glove and boot dryer for guest use, along with parking for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway, providing space for up to 4 vehicles in total.

Although this home is not suitable for any events, we also manage the home next door, Eagle Ridge. This makes it the perfect opportunity for families to travel together and make unique memories, while enjoying privacy, separate kitchens, and ample space.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are provided. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
