Visitez notre belle maison de piscine parfaitement aménagée pour 3 familles ou plus. Notre maison est décorée par un concepteur et améliorée avec des comptoirs de cuisine en granit, des salles de bains carrelées et du parquet.

Notre maison de cinq chambres à coucher et trois salles de bain offre deux belles suites ensoleillées: une avec un lit Cal King et une avec un lit Queen. Les chambres restantes se composent d'une chambre supplémentaire avec lit Queen Size et de deux chambres d'enfants avec lits superposés. La reine et deux chambres d'enfants partagent une salle de bain couloir. Chaque chambre est équipée de sa propre télévision 43 '.

Belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisinière / four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Salon et salle à manger à concept ouvert. Salle à manger peut accueillir 10 avec des sièges supplémentaires dans la cuisine. Juste à côté du salon se trouve une tanière avec un canapé-lit queen-size et une télévision. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur situées à l'intérieur de l'unité.

La salle de jeux, située dans le garage, est équipée d’une table de ping-pong 3-1 (air hockey, billard, tennis de table). Poussettes, chaise haute, sac à dos et siège d'appoint disponibles pour vos bébés et enfants en bas âge. Un matelas pneumatique queen-size est disponible à la maison pour une literie supplémentaire.

Internet haute vitesse sans fil est inclus. Détendez-vous dans notre toute nouvelle piscine étincelante avec jacuzzi dans la cour arrière. Profitez de notre terrasse extérieure, barbecue au gaz naturel. Tous les meubles, meubles, etc. sont neufs à partir de mai 2013. Belle promenade courte à Disneyland, et vous pouvez regarder les feux d'artifice de Disneyland de la cour avant. La maison a l'air central et la chaleur.

Disney stay with family

Wonderful space for multi family get together. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close to Disney, but a bit of a longer walk.

Absolutely perfect and charming

All nine of us loved this property. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed as were the bathrooms. There were games to play if we wanted. Televisions in each room. A very easy walk to Disneyland! Will totally return.

Great house for large group!

This house accommodated our group of 9 with space to spare. The house was very well stocked and had all of the necessary things and also extras. I appreciated the extra linens and towels and all of the pots and pans in the kitchen to make cooking for our group easy. We didn’t walk to the park but it was a very easy and cheap Lyft. The pool was always ready and the hot tub was clean and hot! Our family had a great time and will be back if we are in the area!

Perfect stay for a trip to Disney

Tons of space. Quick easy walk to Disney. Huge dining table, huge cozy couch, pool, hot tub and game room were great! Very clean and comfortable. Having strollers and high hairs on property were a great bonus. Only complaint would be that you can’t use the hot tub past 10pm. After a long day at Disney, it would have been really nice to utilize The hot tub to ease achey backs and legs. It’s very disappointing that you can’t go in your own backyard quietly. (This seems to be a property management rule). It’s really unfortunate that adults can’t be trusted to be outside in their own yard!

Business Trip Stay

The property was fine, the price was fine, but dealing with the 3rd party management company was less than desirable because of their policies about renting within 2 weeks or less of the stay. This was a business trip, and we don't always have the luxury of scheduling a trip too far in advance. The additional requirements regarding proof-of-payment (after payment was already received) was very questionable.

Family Disneyland trip

Property was as advertised and was easy walking distance to Disneyland. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Some of the cabinetry was a bit worn down and handles were missing on some drawers in bedrooms, but everything was very clean and functional to our needs. Only negative on the stay was that there was some sort of animal living in the roof and at night you could hear it moving around which woke myself or my husband up. Property manager was made aware and said they would contact pest control. Really a minor thing and they responded appropriately so overall a great stay! I would stay here again or recommend to a friend!

Location was great. Carpets were crazy dirty. Cabinets and appliances in kitchen need updated. Cooking pans need replaced. Dishwasher very hard to start, needs repaired or replaced. Pool finish is very sharp and cut out kids feet causing to bleed. Master bed was comfy but rest of beds were not.

Disneyland trip

Best features - location and pool! Home is located about a 15 minute walk from Disneyland Hotel, Downtown Disney and Disneyland Tram. The house has many options for beds and infant beds. We had 6 adults and a 13 month old. We didn’t utilize all the rooms, as we were more interested in location. I was not a fan of the shag carpet in one of the rooms. Most of the house is bare flooring or tile. The house could use some updates - the counter in one bathroom has a significant crack behind the sink and several kitchen floor tiles are cracked and loose.

Our VRBO Disneyland Stay!

We had a marvelous time in this VRBO! The home was clean, rooms were spacious, the kitchen was a center of activity, the living room was well appointed, but the pool was the biggest hit especially for the kids! They were in the pool daily! It was so clean as well as the hot tub! The home had everything we needed for our short stay. The home was a close walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Thank you for the special time in this place!

Great for Disney

So close to the parks! We rode the bus one day (route 11 or 9 depending on the time) but honestly it was just easier to walk and go through downtown Disney, lots to see! Plenty of space if you have a big crew. We didn’t use the pool, too busy at the parks. Thank you for a great stay!

Disneyland Adventure

This house was perfect for our week at Disneyland. It took about 8 minutes to walk to the tram but do to excessive heat we rented a car. The pool and hot tub were great for a mid day break. Enjoyed the fireworks from the back yard. House accomodations suited our group well. Only negatives were the freezer leaking water on the floor, only half the toaster worked, the back gate wouldn't latch and a rat liked to run along the top of the fence.

Perfect for large family Disneyland trip!

We had a great time at this property! We were a group of 11 with 5 kids (2 families + grandparents) and it was perfect for our Disneyland trip. The kitchen was well stocked (I'm always impressed when they even have kids' dishes), the kitchen table was big enough to hold everyone, the room layouts were perfect for multiple families, plenty of bathrooms, and it was a bonus that they provided multiple high chairs and strollers! It was a nice neighborhood and a fairly simple walk to the parking garage where we could then catch the tram to Disneyland. We even watched the fireworks from the front yard! We didn't have time to use the pool but it looked lovely. Overall it was exactly what we needed and would gladly stay there again!

Great spot for a Disney stay!

The house was terrific and everything we expected! It was good to be able to take a break with the kids and have them swim and relax too. The walk is a little far to the front gates (25-30 minutes), but you can see the fireworks directly on the front lawn which is really nice!

Overall a nice place to stay

Overall, this was a nice property. The house was spacious and we had lots of room for 8 adults and a 3 year old. It is a home that was originally built in the 60s that has been added on to. With that being said, one of the bedrooms has no ducting at all and got pretty warm in the heat of mid July. The master bedroom also has minimal ducting and also got pretty warm. There are some pretty strict rules (air conditioner can not go below 72*, no food in the disposal, etc). Kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots and pans, but little else (two dish towels, no dish cloths, minimal spices). Pool is very nice and we enjoyed our time spent outside. Game room is in the garage and again, no ventilation and garage door can not be opened so it was too hot out there to enjoy it. Again, overall a nice property and we would stay here again, but would have enjoyed it more if some of the things listed above would have been better.

Clean property, great location, wonky laws

This location is great, the staff I dealt with were wonderful. The house is older and in a much older neighborhood but the house is updated. The driveway wouldn’t accommodate a larger suv or truck in most of it so please keep that in mind. They do not allow parking on the street and the rules say it’s due to the fact you must have a permit, however the front of the residence is filled daily with people parking on the street and walking to Disney, including a Disney security guard which seems weird. The laws in the area governing noise seem a bit overbearing or at least the property relays them as laws: noticeable is the fact that you cannot have any music at the pool, I find it hard to believe no one in Anaheim listens to music at their pool, but I digress. It’s also noted you basically can’t be outside from 10PM-9AM, again pretty weird. The property in fairness does explain this well, I’m not sure if these “laws” apply to everyone or just vacation rentals but I think they are important. Overall a good stay but if I had younger children I would go elsewhere, as the property has a sign on the door basically stating if you are reported for anything you could be kicked out. No knocks on the property itself mainly just the restrictions in the area making the pool not the best and the parking being awful.

House was perfect for our group. We had a mix of families so plenty of rooms for all. It's really close to Disney, probably walkable if push came to shove. List of rules/regulations for the house are rather extensive, but was never an issue for us. Great place to stay.

The property was clean and roomy we had enough space for the 12 of us Each room had their own tv. We enjoyed a nice BBQ in the backyard while enjoying a nice swim. Disneyland fireworks were a nice sight to see from the front yard.
