Cette belle maison de ville est proche de tout à Pagosa Springs. Isolé, mais pratique pour faire du shopping, des restaurants et un accès facile à l'autoroute 160, situé dans une communauté calme surplombant le pic Pagosa, entouré d'une zone boisée et avec une vue dégagée qui vous donnera envie de rester plus longtemps. Détendez-vous et profitez des magnifiques canards, hérons, faucons, cerfs, renards, oies, chevaux qui se nourrissent dans et autour de l'étang. Regardez un petit avion occasionnel décoller de la piste d'atterrissage locale. Asseyez-vous sur le balcon et buvez un verre de vin. Profitez des magnifiques couchers de soleil du Colorado depuis les fenêtres du salon. Faites tremper dans la baignoire à jets après une journée d'aventures en plein air. Travaillez à partir d'ici dans le loft / bureau spacieux tout en admirant la vue dans cette communauté calme. Cozy quiet Pagosa condo

Nice property, spacious, well kept. Beautiful views of distant mountains. Kitchen well equipped. Some amenities a bit dated but overall great spot for our family of 5. Convenient location in a quiet area in west Pagosa 5-7 mins from Main Street & 5 mins to shops/restaurants in West Pagosa.

Beautiful mountain views

Our family loved this condo- the views were amazing, the location was perfect and the hosts were very accommodating to everything we needed. Very spacious condo that is great for a family. We will be renting here again on our next ski trip!

Quiet Thanksgiving at Peregrine Place

We enjoyed a quiet Thanksgiving week at this home. Julia was kind and responsive, even though we really only needed to tell her that we were there and when we left, everything else was easily answered with instructions in the guest book. The views were amazing, we were fortunate to see both foxes and deer from the windows in the mornings. The kitchen was small, but well appointed, allowing us to cook several times without needing to purchase anything other than food. The house was cozy, we especially enjoyed the fireplace. Not a problem for us, but just a heads up for others, the tub on the main floor had quite a high side to step over, the shower with a lower threshold was upstairs off the master, so it might not be accessible to someone who had difficulty climbing stairs. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!

Cute clean and cozy

Julia was a great host with a beautiful home! We came and stayed for a long weekend skiing Wolf Creek, and enjoyed the restaurants and hot springs Pagosa has to offer in the evenings. The house was clean and well stocked- would have loved to spend more time there during the day enjoying the views… next time!

Cozy home with nice views

We stayed here for 5 days with our three kids and everything was awesome! It is a very clean, comfortable, fully equipped home located in a quiet place with a magic mountain views. Pagosa Hot springs are pretty close (about 10 minutes drive).

Perfect in every way!

Julia was the best host we have had with any VRBO we have stayed in. From the directions, gift basket, amenities and cleanliness; this property is perfect! The views and peacefulness were abundant, the location perfect and the home was everything as described… we will be back! My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay! Gem in Pagosa

Just left this property! The property owners were very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. It was just my husband and I so the place was plenty big. A neat feature was all the heated floors. The view out the back side is breathtaking with the sun set and snow topped mountains. It is definitely quiet. We will try to book here again!

Really nice condo

This condo exceeded our expectations. Huge windows with a beautiful view of a pond. Heated floors in the kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful and unexpected. It was spacious , clean, and nicely decorated. There was a nice area for the kids to play in the snow. The location was good. Make sure you get pizza from rosies pizzeria!

Best condo and accommodations in Pagosa

Julia is an amazing hostess and this condo is beautiful with awesome views of the mountains. The bottle of wine and snack basket was a welcoming site after a long day of travel and the pantry items were super helpful. Located near stores and downtown Pagosa and a short drive to Wolf Creek. Sweet Home and a Sweet Deal

The home is very clean and comfortable! Beautiful views. Well stocked pantry and a nice basket of treats. Conveniently located approximately 2 miles from the hot springs in a quiet neighborhood. Nice hot showers! Great mattresses - we slept very well. We will be back to rent this sweet home. Thanks Julia

Highly recommend!!

We stayed for a week in the winter. We could not be happier with our stay! The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Our kids loved having the loft and their own space! The location is Fantastic and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Townhouse

Home was very neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed for our four day stay. Loved the views of the mountains. Beds were comfortable and our son loved the loft. We will stay again the next time we visit Pagosa. Owner checked to make sure we got into the home and had everything we needed. Loved our visit!

What a wonderful Christmas!

We LOVED this home! (The kids wanted it to be our new home....haha!) It was warm, comfortable, well situated to town, quiet and had the most AMAZING views! We had a white Christmas, and enjoyed a wonderful time skiing at close-by Wolf Creek, and also took advantage of town living with an even closer Walmart! We saved money by eating at home almost every meal, thanks to the amply supplied kitchen that even had some helpful extra items in the pantry for use. The instant fireplace was warm and appreciated after playing out in the snow. And the owners instructions on the house were clear and helpful. ("The microwave is trickier than it should be" - he he!) Our family of 5 was more than comfortable in the ample space. And the beds were SUPER comfortable! Thank you so much Barwells, for creating such a cozy, comfortable, and hospitable place for us to stay this Christmas!

Best stay in 10 years

Where do a I even begin?! Our family travels to Colorado often. This is hands down the best experience we’ve had in 10 years! The home had everything we needed. Clean, cozy and well stocked. I was a little concerned with the homes being connected because we typically stay in a cabin but it was not an issue at all! The neighbors were welcoming and friendly and it felt very private. Our kids loved the upstairs loft! We actually ended up staying an additional night due to the snow and road conditions and it was worth it! The home stayed more than warm with the fireplace. The jetted tub was an awesome extra and even the kiddos enjoyed their “spa day” using it! The muck/laundry area was perfect for storing our skis and snow boots and the bench inside was an extra plus for more room! We cooked every night and were impressed with the fully stocked kitchen! Also a HUGE plus having WiFi and access to Netflix for the kids at night. Easy access to everything in town and a perfect driveway for sledding ;) Our kids 3&10 enjoyed watching the planes take off and building a snowman in the front. Our only wish was that this place could be available for the summer too! We 100% will be back!

Well planned, clean, inviting and perfectly located

My family and I enjoyed this home and felt very comfortable and welcome. The views of the mountain range are spectacular. The home is tastefully decorated and furnished and all things provided were of high quality. The bed in the master was extremely firm, which accommodated our preference perfectly. We slept better than we have in a long time. After a day of skiing the electric fireplaces were just what our bodies needed. The home has a very positive feel and it was very restful. We appreciate all the details and thoughtfulness Julia has clearly put into her home. I will definitely try to stay here whenever we are back in that area. Restaurants, the springs, gas stations, ski shop and grocery store are within a few miles distance. Much love from New Mexico.

Very well appointed condo in great location

Thanks, Julia, for sharing your condo with us! We really enjoyed our first time to Pagosa Springs. The condo was furnished beautifully and was very comfortable for our family of 3. Great location and loved the view of the pond and the local airport. This won't be our last visit to Pagosa!

Best Vacation I had in a long time

Property was totally awesome. We cook every night. Thanks to the owner of letting us use their grill. Spectacular scenery. If I have a chance on booking this property again. Perfect location. Beautiful townhouse with plenty room. Amazing view.

This was our first time to Pagosa Springs. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our family vacation. I waited until the last minute to book and Julia was so kind to allow us to book this place at the last minute. Excellent choice. This townhouse is beautiful and had plenty space for our family of five. The view is amazing. My youngest son loved the pond. He enjoyed watching the ducks and even saw a fox one morning. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings not only enjoying the scenery but also the peace and quiet. My daughter loved the loft on the 3rd level. She enjoyed having her own space from her brothers. It was nice having two bathrooms and both being attached to the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. Having a laundry room was also a nice feature. With the weather being cooler and rainy, it was nice having the garage to get in and out of our vehicle. My husband's truck is fairly new so he really enjoyed being able to park it inside. This place is exactly as described. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We were close to everything yet located in an area that was nice and quiet. The grounds are very well maintained too. If we are ever back in Pagosa Springs, I will definitely contact Julia to rent this townhouse. She is very responsive and so easy to work with.

My husband and I are retired educators. We have spent many summers in Southwestern Colorado, and la few years ago we purchased the Peregrine Retreat as a summer home. We absolutely love everything about the area and our home in Pagosa Springs.

When we are not in Pagosa Springs we spend time at our home base in Tucson with our family. In the winter we live in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico, at the beach. I am a musician, and I make jewelry in my spare time. My husband is a photographer. We love the Weminuche Wilderness, playing disc golf, paddle boarding and hiking with our dog, Jitterbug.

This townhouse is in a great location because it is close to uptown and downtown, and is in a quiet location. The views our outstanding, and there is so much wildlife on the property. The small airport nearby provides an opportunity to see small planes coming and going.
