302 est un spacieux condo rénové de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, parfait pour une escapade en famille. La climatisation centrale et le double vitrage maintiennent le condo au frais et au calme. Une chambre a un lit king, l'autre a des lits jumeaux. La section du salon se transforme en deux lits jumeaux et est plus confortable qu'un canapé-lit. Un bain a un combo baignoire / douche, l'autre une douche à l'italienne. La cuisine a des armoires en bouleau et des comptoirs en Corian®. Il y a une vue partielle sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Perfect!

We loved staying here and being able to walk down to the beach in the morning. The kitchen, dining room, and bedrooms were just right for our needs. The balcony with a view of the ocean was lovely!

Nani Kai is a friendly smaller apartment.

Have stayed in different units over the last 4 years. Very accommodating and the grounds are very well maintained. Right on the Ocean, with a great barbecue area, with lawn and pool. The couches are showing their age, but the beds were new. Love having 2 bathrooms.

10 Days at the Nani

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the unit well equipped and overall a comfortable stay. The supplies provided us were sufficient for our stay. The TV system needs better instructions-hard to navigate all the various parameters available. There's a knob on the front door, which if turned, will allow the door to be opened from the outside. Renters need to be warned about this.

Quiet end of Kihei

Spacious unit at the north (quiet) side of Kihei which was perfect for us. Easy access to beach. Good communication from property manager and check in was smooth. Could use new mattress in master bed room as mattress sinks and they tried reinforcing it with a foamy/sponge. Kitchen was well equipped but would have been nice if they provided dishwasher detergent/pucks. Overall, pleasant stay and would stay here again.

A average stay at best being totally honest

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two u it’s and during our stay was construction. People jumping and running around above one of our two units and the units were so basic we didn’t get any extra towels, toliet paper or cleaning for an 11 day stay .

Great home base with easy access eveywhere

Location was perfect for easy access all over the island. The place had everything we needed, including some beach chairs!

Exactly what we needed

This condo was the perfect location for us. Having a beach right outside our door was ideal. It made beautiful sunrise walks and sunset swims a breeze. We’ll stay here again!

One week w/family of 4 Adults

I love the location of this property, the grounds were immaculate and the beach was not busy at all. It was very peaceful. The condo is clean and the kitchen and bathrooms are nice. The only negative is that they really need a new mattress in the master bedroom as well as a new sofa/sleeper in the living room. Both were pretty uncomfortable.

Convient and clean

Stayed for a wedding with my husband, sister and brother in law. Stocked kitchen gave us the option to cook in as much as we wanted. Nice pool and pool area.

Great Value and Fun Location!

Nice place and pretty centrally located. We loved that there was a cute coffee shop and bakery within walking distance. There is also an ABC store close by, which worked out nicely for random odds and ends throughout our stay. Go to Dina’s at sugar beach for the best Mai tai!

This place was perfect for our family. It was nice having a kitchen to have breakfast at home with a 5 yr old while we enjoyed our coffee. When we arrived maui was hit with a bad storm so we couldn't go in the water for a few days. But the walk on the beach by the condo was so nice. Let's not forget about the pool, which was perfect for the five yr old.

Perfect Location

We've stayed at 2 different properties in Nani Kai Hale on Sugar Beach. It's the perfect location. The condo itself had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be returning to Nani Kai Hale and would definitely try to 302 again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the Nani Kai Hale. Love the fact they have King beds and 2 bathrooms. Our unit was well stocked and was very clean. All the floors have laundry facilities too. The grounds, pool and barbecue are kept immaculately, I like that there is a grassy area and also it’s right on the water.

Great location and value!

We had a very convenient stay at this listing. We went for my sisters wedding which was next door. Although there were weddings every night you could barely hear it with closed windows and they ended at 10pm sharp. The beds were so comfortable for a good nights sleep. We cooked every day and had everything we needed in the kitchen. ACs worked great and the place was very clean. The beach access is great although the water isn’t clear but you can access beaches all around the area. Having laundry and parking spot was ideal. Very convenient for staying with family/ friends! Would definitely be back when in Maui :)
