Escape to this cozy, modern farmhouse-style private retreat. Inside, you’ll find a serene bedroom with an ultra-comfortable queen size mattress, plus a charming loft featuring two twin beds with firm yet cozy mattresses and a floor mat (mat available upon request). The living room offers additional sleeping space with a queen pull-out sofa(linens included). This cabin rental can comfortably accommodate a total of seven guests.
The dining area seats six, and the breakfast bar has two stools. You’ll have everything you need to prepare and serve a full meal—including the convenience of a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, two induction cooktops, rice cooker, spices, oil, Salt & Pepper, outdoor BBQ. Enjoy the Ninja coffee maker for both drip and pods. Coffee, sugar, creamer, provided.
The cabin’s atmosphere is warm and rustic, highlighted by beautiful hand-sanded wood beams and thoughtfully restored furniture pieces that have been given new life as nightstands and décor. Polished concrete floors add a stylish, earthy touch. Outside, relax on the front porch with rocking chairs and Adirondack seating, perfect for gathering around the fire pit under the stars. For your family reunions inquire about Little creek cabin, Zion’s Rangers and Anasazi Cabin. Cabins are against Little Creek mesa and secluded on over 20 private acres.

You will have full easy access of the private cabin with a keyless door code that will be provided once booking is confirmed. You’ll also have access to a shared hot tub, the tub is shared with two other cabins. If you’d rather have a private tub inquire about Anasazi cabin. Out on the porch, you’ll find a propane BBQ(propane and firewood available). The property is very secluded, backed by BLM land in the West and South. There are three other cabins on-site for those family reunion gatherings or weddings.
Guests have walking access to Gooseberry Mesa trails. Little Creek Mesa is a short drive away. Only 35 miles to Zion’s National Park. 150 miles to Las Vegas airport.

We offer quick tours of the land`s history and petroglyph`s right on-site on Saturdays by appointment only, contact your host.
The property has a lot of wildlife activity, we suggest to keep your pets on a leash at all times. The property is located on the country-side, expect to have lizards, spiders and other critters trying to enter the home.
Cell phone service can be spotty in the area, we suggest saving the check-in instructions before arrival.
Due to unpredictable weather we might experience power outages.
Road Tip:
We usually manage fine with 2WD, but weather can change fast in Southern Utah — check conditions before you head out and pack appropriate clothing.
