This charming one-bedroom suite in Upper Rossland is brimming with warmth and character, perfectly situated just a 10-minute stroll from the heart of downtown. Whether youâre heading to the beloved Flying Steamshovel pub, catching the ski bus, or simply soaking up the mountain-town atmosphere, youâll love the unbeatable convenience of this location.
Step inside and youâll be greeted by an inviting living space anchored by a glowing gas fireplaceâthe ideal spot to curl up after a day on the slopes or a hike on the local trails. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring restful nights and rejuvenated mornings.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for light cooking, with a hot plate, fridge, and all the essentials for preparing meals at home. A high-top table with seating for two makes the perfect perch for morning coffee, casual meals, or evening wine.
The bathroom is beautifully finished and features a generous walk-in showerâbringing a touch of spa-like comfort to your daily routine. And after a long day on the slopes, why not take a leisurely walk to town and treat yourself at one of Rosslandâs many fantastic restaurants?
With style, comfort, and convenience all wrapped into one, this suite is the perfect basecamp for enjoying everything Rossland has to offer.

4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!
BED CONFIGURATION
Bedroom #1: Queen
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
