This large private duplex, with the option to add a tiny house for an additional cost, features two kitchens and five bedrooms (six with the tiny house option). Embrace the outdoor lifestyle with a bonfire on the river bank, the option to canoe to downtown, or the opportunity to hike or bike the trails located behind the house. Our property also offers a trampoline for added entertainment and a wood-fired hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

This duplex is conveniently close to town, with two kitchens and an adjoining door that can be opened or locked for seamless access and security. The host will be located next door to ensure a smooth check-in process and to assist with any inquiries you may have.

Situated near the best swimming lake in the area, our property backs onto pristine wilderness. It's important to note that there is no Uber service available in the Yukon; however, taxis, car rentals, and bicycles are readily accessible.

Please note that if you cancel your reservation at any time, a 3% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the non-refundable credit card processing fees we incur. We appreciate your understanding, as we are unable to absorb these costs for cancellations.

We welcome pets but ask that they remain on the main floor to reduce fur and accommodate guests with allergies. If this doesn't work for you and your pet, please let us know, and we’ll try to find a solution, which may include an additional pet fee.
