The entire place is for guest use. Parking in the driveway with additional street parking.
Recently added 4 new comfy beach chairs and an umbrella to make you visit to the river and parks more enjoyable.
Access to basketball and pickle ball courts across the street. Courts are available until 10 p.m. (court lights are controlled by a timer on site).

There is a lovely park directly across the street with a child`s play structure, basketball hoops, NEW PICKLE BALL Courts and plenty of grass to play.
If you don`t mind walking about 1 mile, you can walk downtown to many restaurants and shops. During the summer there`s a farmers` Market on Saturday. Parking downtown is free but it can get a bit busy. Its nice to have a car so you can drive to place to hike, bike, fish, or just hang out by the river.
Grants Pass is great for outdoor enthusiasts... excellent fishing, river rafting, mountain bike riding, hiking, etc. Or if you enjoying shopping, we have the most amazing antique shops and the frequently visit kitchen store.
