Située sur un terrain d'angle calme dans le centre / sud de Palm Springs (région de Warm Sands), cette fantastique maison moderne combine toutes les commodités modernes que l'on pourrait espérer avec le caractère architectural du milieu du siècle pour lequel Palm Springs est devenu célèbre. La maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec de grandes fenêtres qui mènent à un jardin privé, un coin repas extérieur, un barbecue extérieur intégré et une fantastique piscine privée / SPA. La suite principale spacieuse dispose d'un lit king-size Tempurpedic.

La maison privée (de type composé) dispose d'une magnifique exposition sud-ouest pour le soleil toute l'année, une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de San Jacinto, une décoration moderne - mais confortable -, une salle à manger intérieure pour six personnes, des appareils de cuisine haut de gamme, 500 fils compter les draps, combiner lecteurs TV / DVD dans toutes les chambres avec un téléviseur plasma 42 pouces dans le salon, un système d'enceintes iPod ... trop de touches spéciales à mentionner.

Perfectly appointed, outstanding management team

Our family enjoyed a memorable week at this home. Its kitchen is excellently appointed and the property is immaculate. It is exactly as advertised in its listing. We own VRBO property and we are very impressed by this home and the Oasis management team. We will be back!

Resort Like Property

This house is fantastic. You can tell the owners thought through the design, the color coordination throughout is remarkable. They also provide everything you need for an extended stay, plenty of dishware, cookware, linens. The spaces are great for a small group, with 3 bedrooms, a huge great room, an outdoor dining space, and the welcoming pool everyone will be able to relax. The management company kept in touch via text the whole time, we did not have any problems. The location is fantastic, very walkable to town (when the temperatures are below 110) We will be back.

Casa Primrose is quite the retreat!

My partner and I invited 2 adult friends to join us for a winter break. The layout of the house has 3 bedrooms that are spaced apart. The property takes advantage of 3 sides of the house. We were able to eat inside and outside. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. The pool side lounges have beautiful mountain views. Four adults were able to enjoy a house without being crowded. The house is walking distance to a Ralph’s grocery store. The house is conveniently located to the airport, restaurants and entertainment(5-10 drive). The home is in a quiet safe neighborhood. We would choose this house again and recommend it to anyone going to Palm Springs. The property management and pool cleaning staff are very friendly and professional. The home actually looks better than the beautiful pictures.

Lots of Potential but an Underwhelming Experience

Ultimately, Casa Primrose did not live up to our expectations based on the pictures and descriptions on the websites and I would not recommend a stay there until significant corrective actions have been taken. The objective of our visit was a relaxing vacation with time by the pool; a variety of issues impacted our ability to achieve that goal on a daily basis: - The pictures are very out-of-date and misleading for potential guests. For example, the pool loungers and cushions appeared much nicer in the pictures than actuality (more below); the pool umbrella shown appeared larger and more adjustable; water stains on ceilings; the televisions are now new flat-screens rather than tube televisions. - 3 of the 4 pool lounge chairs were broken; the mesh webbing was dry-rotten and broken so nearly unusable. In addition, the cushions were too large and didn’t attach to the chairs appropriately, so they moved around and slid down when sat on. - The pool umbrella was very broken and nearly unusable. There was one position for it and that limited the shade coverage area for the pool chairs. - The master bedroom was completely missing a window blind over the sliding glass door upon arrival. The property manager put in a temporary solution (paper accordion blind) on the day of our arrival, but it didn’t cover the whole window and allowed a lot of light in since the door faces south. The temporary solution also prevented us from being able to use the sliding glass door to the pool. - There were several evident stains on the loveseat in the master bedroom, which was incredibly off-putting when taken into context of the potential for dirtiness throughout the house. - Many of the dishes were already dirty when we took them out of the drawers and cupboards. We had to rewash nearly everything before using it the first time. - Several light bulbs throughout the house were inoperable (one in the kitchen and another by the master bedroom sliding glass door outside), and many were on dimmer switches but the bulbs weren’t dimmable – so the light was either off or very bright. - The kitchen floor in front of the refrigerator had water damage and was peeling up. There is a rug over the damaged area, but that made walking on it very slippery – and dangerous. I’ve provided this feedback to the property management company (Oasis Rentals) and have waited a week for a response. If they would like to contact me for resolution, I will consider revising this review.

We have made a thorough inspection of the home after your stay, and have addressed each of your concerns. The homeowner has replaced the pool chairs, and other items listed. We also had certain areas of concern professionally deep cleaned. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention so that we can assure they do not impact any future guests.

Perfect PS rental

Beautiful 3 bedroom PS rental with all the bells and whistles. Pool was enjoyed on the HOT days and nights. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and most everything you would need. Great location to downtown, Joshua Tree and tram. City noise ordinance was not an issue but we were mindful and respectful of neighborhood.

Perfect Home Base for Exploring Palm Dessert

Beautifully designed and decorated and proximate to downtown Palm Springs. Pool and hot tub are perfect for kids and a dip after a day of exploring.

Amazing pool and location!

The outside area and pool are amazing. Everything worked great and the location is awesome. I was a little disappointed that the ihome in the photos and speaker system mentioned in the description is not actually there. But we had a wonderful time in the pool and relaxing!

Perfect house in the perfect location!

6 of us came to spend a long weekend in PSP and the property was ideal! Close to shopping, restaurants and clubs, great pool and spa, nice yard and a nicely appointed home. Grocery and pharmacy just down the block and an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. Already looking forward to next year.

Awesome place

We went down for the weekend with six friends and had an incredible time. The place was clean, in an accessible part of town and the pool, hot tub, and BBQ were great perks. Just make sure they show you where the motem is so you can restart it. We had a weird outage on our last day which created some inconveniences. But otherwise, this place was awesome!

The house,pool, and the yard was exactly what we needed for a relaxing Thanksgiving week off. The house is walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants and shops so you can just park the car in the garage. Check in was easy and quick and the rental company was very responsive with any questions. The really cool thing about this rental was it was dog friendly, the yard is completely enclosed and has lots of shade. The bedrooms were spacious and had access to the outdoors.I paid to heat the pool for a small fee and there was lots of swimming at night.I would recommend this rental to large or small groups, it has lots of sitting areas.
