Ocean Front Home w / plage privée

Profitez de superbes vues panoramiques sur l'océan depuis ce paradis côtier magnifiquement décoré sur trois étages. Les planchers en bois, les hauts plafonds, les fenêtres allant du sol au plafond, les ascenseurs personnels à la maison et les vastes comptoirs en granit sont quelques-unes des nombreuses caractéristiques exquises.

L'étage principal est l'étage supérieur qui comprend la grande cuisine gastronomique équipée d'appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable Kitchen Aid et de granite, une salle à manger spacieuse pouvant accueillir huit personnes et le salon principal à concept ouvert entouré de baies vitrées offrant une vue plongeante. de l'océan Atlantique, le pont Mantanzas et la plage de sable blanc non perturbée. La chambre principale à cet étage a deux lits queen confortables faits pour dormir quatre.

Le deuxième étage du Coastal Paradise est un lieu de rencontre familial avec une télévision, idéale pour passer une soirée décontractée à regarder vos films préférés. Pas d'humeur pour le film? Il existe une table de ping-pong, une table de baby-foot mise en place pour exciter les vacanciers actifs et compétitifs. La deuxième chambre principale confortable et les troisièmes chambres ont chacune un lit queen. Une salle de bain couloir est également à cet étage.

La quatrième chambre a 4 lits jumeaux parfaits pour les retraites hommes / femmes ou pour les réunions de petits groupes.

Il y a deux grands ponts en bord de mer et une promenade sur la plage qui vous mènera à travers la dune de sable et vous mènera à la douce plage de sable blanc et sucré. Notre famille passe d'innombrables heures à regarder les vagues, les surfeurs, les oiseaux, les cerfs-volants volants, les magnifiques vues du lever et du coucher du soleil. Nous avons également beaucoup de plaisir à construire des châteaux de sable, à jouer au volley-ball, à la pêche pêle-mêle pour les mulets et au poisson rouge et à faire de la randonnée le long du rivage pour ramasser des trésors de la mer dans notre propre cour arrière privée.

Coastal Paradise a la télévision par câble, Internet haut débit, une paire de laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité. Notre cuisine est bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin: appareils électroménagers, batterie de cuisine, vaisselle, un mixeur, une cafetière avec tasse Keurig, une mijoteuse et un grille-pain. Apportez les meilleures recettes de votre famille et un bon chef pour préparer un festin!

Wonderful Week

Our multigenerational family of nine really enjoyed this property. The view of the ocean from the top level was spectacular. Access to the beach was easy, and there were so few people on the beach that it felt like we had our own private beach. The kitchen was well equipped, and we found everything that we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Annual Family Vacation

The beach is perfect to enjoy Low and High tides and everything in between. WE have four Grandchildren that enjoyed everything beachy. They also enjoyed a day in Disney and Universal as the trip is only a 2 hour ride from the house. (Exhausting trips for the adults...) The house is located very convenient to everything from Flagler to St Augustine. We had an excellent experience.

Close to perfect

Only 2 things kept this home from being a 10. I recently had knee replacements and the site stated an elevator access. I can do stairs but 3 flights multiple times is difficult. There was no elevator. Worse, the lower steps to the beach were not safe and a couple of us almost fell. There were a few other minor things but overall, this house was gorgeous and the beach setting was spectacular. We had an excellent getaway.

Wonderful Multi-family Vacation Rental

We could not have asked for a better vacation! The views and beach were amazing! The home was perfect for multiple families. The cousins loved the bunk room and playroom and each of the sets of parents had their own room and bathroom. The house was very clean and fully stocked. We spent most every evening sitting in the Adirondack chairs on the decks watching the sunset and the older kids play in the tide pools on the beach. Wonderful memories and we hope to return next year!

Perfect Oceanfront Getaway

We've just returned from five days at Cecilia's property, and it was magical! From the back deck I would watch the sun rise above the ocean in the morning, then after breakfast we would take a stroll along the beach, and then later in the day play in the waves and the sand with the kids. We were just 5 minutes away from Marineland and Fort Matanzas State Park, under 30 minutes from downtown St. Augustine's many attractions, and 30 minutes from great outlet shopping! There was something for everyone to do... from our preschooler to our tween. And after all of our daily outings, coming home to Cecilia's oceanfront property truly was the "icing on the cake"!

2 Generation Family Vaca

Spent the week here with my family of 4, my sister-in-laws family of 5, & my in-laws. Beautiful views, just steps away from the beach. Tide pools on the beach were great for the kids to play in! Hose on the patio to rinse off after the beach! We stayed on the lower level - room with 4 twin beds, room with queen bed, + full bathroom. There was a TV in the room with the 4 twin beds, but it would have been nice to have a TV in the “living area” in the lower level. Also would have been nice to have somewhere to hang up clothes since there are no closets on the lower level - even just one of those roll away clothes racks. A pull down shower head would also be helpful in bathing kids ;) Great house for multiple families!! Enjoyed our stay!

Our house was not ready at check-in.

While property was adequate, our group of 14 had to wait 75 minutes after check-in time to enter the home after traveling across the country! Upon entry, we had to clean the 3 decks and outdoor grill ourselves before using. The outdoor grill had no utensils including no steel brush to clean it with. We did not receive our house manual with rules and instructions until 24 hours after arriving. Our host was out of the country and not very responsive at the beginning of our stay. Her contact with us did improve however. The electronic door locking system on the front door failed the day before departure. Beach toys were in disrepair and there were only 2 beach chairs available for a house that holds 14.

A weekend to remember

After not seeing family for over a year, in one of the most difficult times of our lives, we made the decision to have a much-needed extended weekend vacation on the beach. Four families stayed on this property (9 adults one child) and one of the key features that we were looking for in a property was an adequate amount of privacy. Every couple had a room and a bathroom and the two decks and two living rooms gave us plenty of space to spread out and have multiple conversations or privacy if someone needed some time alone from the group. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots and pans you will ever need and there are multiple sets of silverware and plates. All three floors have their independent thermostat, which was nice because some preferred it colder than others. One major perk that the property included was the elevator. It made it much easier to bring up the luggage and convenient for our parents who have trouble with stairs. The beach is public, but since it is far away from hotels and resorts, it felt like we had it all to ourselves. The property is beautifully decorated and very clean we are already thinking about planning next year's reunion here.

Rat problem

When we arrived, there were 3 large rat traps in plain view located in the kitchen. I called the property manager and she said that the previous renters had moved them from the closets. The next day we saw two rats in the kitchen coming in and out scurrying around the furniture and our groceries. After seeing the rats we started looking around the house to try to determine more about the rat situation and we found a lot of rat poop under the furniture in the den and kitchen. It was obvious that the previous renters had moved the traps to the kitchen due to rat activity and that it had been a problem. We quickly searched for another house to rent locally and we departed the next day. It was unfortunate for us because we had to pack back up (the elevator has been shut down) and try to find another rental. The wifi never worked and the water source on the deck when you come from the beach did not work either.

Family vacation

We stayed here to celebrate in-laws 50th wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect and as described, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location and beach. Cecilia was very responsive with any questions we had.

Family Time

Very happy with house. Plenty of room for all 11 of us. Access to beach couldn’t have been closer. Beautiful views of sunrises & sunsets. Kitchen well stocked with dishes/utensils (we love family cooking) Enough beds for all. Game room was an added bonus enjoyed by all. One suggestion though. A folder or notebook in house with info on grocery stores, restaurants, points of interest would be welcomed (All we had was original email sent only to me) They’ve been useful in previous rentals. I would recommend this home.

Amazing location

The location is the selling point for this home. Directly on the beach, but also on the inlet with amazing tide pools and wide open beach.

Great beach

The beach was wonderful…quite private …the tide pools allowed the younger children a place to play and the ocean for the rest of us. The kitchen was well appointed although the refrigerator could have been larger. We had a complaint about the cleanliness when we first arrived but it was quickly taken care of…new cleaning crew. We would gladly return.

Perfect beach house

The house was great. The beach is right outside your door. The location is great. The only thing we had a hard time with was how hot the house would get. The lowest level never got below 75 degrees. It was unbearably hot. The thermostats are set at 72 degrees and that is the lowest it will go. I would suggest not regulating the temperature and letting the guests be comfortable to their preference. Especially for what it costs per week to stay there. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Great Location - Great House

First time we stayed in St. Augustine area. The house was clean and orderly when we arrived. Large enough to give everyone their own space and rooms that accommodated all of us when we gathered together for games or meals. We brought a good assortment of games and activities to complement what was available in the house already. The views were hard to leave behind. No issues arose during the duration of our stay. This was our first VRBO and we will do it again.

Amazing Vacation Home

Fantastic view of the Beautiful and private beach! Home was immaculate with plenty of room to accommodate a large family. Beautifully decorated home and the gourmet kitchen was Wonderful! We did not want to leave!! Great Memories were made here during our stay!

Good stay but expected more fine the price

The best of this property is the beachfront location and it’s ability to receive our large family (party of 7). However, we had expected more given the higher price paid. The house requires maintenance in several areas and we recommend additions to have a more pleasant stay (for example, a place to eat outside as well as a bbq).
