This brand-new studio offers beautiful ocean views right from the unit and is just a 9-minute walk to the breathtaking Sunset Cliffs 🌅.

🛏️ Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the space features a cozy queen bed, private bathroom, and plenty of natural light ☀️. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee with a view ☕ or winding down after a beach day 🏖️, this spot is perfect for solo travelers or couples 💑.

🧺 While there’s currently no washer/dryer in the unit, we’re in the process of installing one and expect it to be available by June 2025. In the meantime, there's a convenient laundromat just two blocks away 🧼.

🐾 Bringing your furry friend? Pets are welcome for a small fee—because we know vacations are better with them by your side 🐶💕

***Note: All pets must be fully house-trained, and any damages or need for excessive cleaning due to violations will result in additional charges.
***Note: Damage fee is subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
***Note: There is no designated parking spot for the property, but street parking in the area is generally easy to find. Guests have consistently had no trouble securing a space at any time of day.
***Note: This property is monitored via Ring Cameras outside the entrance.
