Named for the street that slices through the southern part of the district, the Roosevelt Historic District features a variety of well-kept California and Craftsman Bungalow single-family homes built on narrow, deep lots. Located in the heart of the Historic Roosevelt Row Arts District in downtown Phoenix, just a few blocks from the city center, Valley Metro light rail, and farmers market.
Walk to the light rail, museums, sports arenas, arts and popular concerts all within blocks, as well as Arizona State University's downtown campus.

We have driveway parking and plenty of free street parking, but you really don't need a car. We are 5 minute walk to ASU downtown and the weekly farmers market. We are a block away from the Roosevelt light rail stop which goes directly to the airport and all around metro Phoenix. There are Grid bikes to rent. Uber and Lyft are popular here, and because we are in the heart of downtown, you never have to wait more than 3 minutes!
