Nothing but a Great Time. Location was good for A1A strip and the Historic District. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (make sure you bring your own coffee & filters). Appreciated the easy access to the beach (park in the visitorâs lot near pool#1) or bring a wagon if you have one.
This spot was great for my family. We were looking for something quiet, clean, and in close proximity to the beach. Not only did this property offer all of that, it is also perfectly located to anything you might need for your trip. Groceries, coffee shops, restaurants all within close proximity. Couldnât recommend more!
The condo was adorable with many wonderful touches of beach and beauty. The bed was so comfy and the towel art was awesome! The property was so nice, the private beach access a bonus too. We would definitely stay again.đ
I do not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues that impacted my overall experience. On the first night, we had difficulty finding parking and had to utilize visitor parking. Additionally, on Saturday, a realtor knocked on the door to show the property, followed by another individual who claimed to have rented it through VRBO just two hours later. I expressed my concerns to the owner about feeling unsafe with unexpected visitors attempting to access the property, but I did not receive a response. If my boyfriend wasn't staying with me, I would not have wanted to stay there alone.Given these experiences, I cannot recommend staying here.
The only thing iâd mention is the bath looked like it could use a bit more cleaning. Everything else was perfect! Parking and checking in was easy, the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Great host and environment!
The condo was wonderful---beachy/nautical decor that was so relaxing. Everything super clean and well maintained. Dawn was amazing. She promptly answered any questions asked and gave great suggestions for places to eat. The complex itself was very nice and dog friendly. Easy access to the beach where we had lots of walks with our fur baby.
Ocean Village Club is in an excellent location....Close to everything but not too busy.....Dawn was great, she responded to every question I had and was very helpful.....The unit is cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway....The kitchen was very clean and our 6 year old loved the pullout couch.....We hope to come back soon.
This was a great condo at the beach. We stayed in the same complex last year and really enjoyed. The condo is a good walk to the beach but manageable. It is right on the main road but this did not disturb us. Condo had everything you including coffee and filters. Owner was very attentive to all details. Would not hesitate to return
Clean, comfortable, nice place to stay. Private Beach access is a bit of a walk if you are old folks like us..but..we found a bunch of visitor parking spots in front of the pool by the beach access which old knees and hips really appreciated! Seafood Kitchen restaurant right across the street serves excellent food! Comfy bed and great shower. Really cool slider shades . going to have to get some for my own house. Thanks for the enjoyable stay đ
We will attempt to summarize our stay with pros and cons. Pros:The location was great, as was the apartment layout, and the complex was secure. Cons: 1. Poor communication. We had to ask for the "welcome" information minutes before check in. It was not given in advance. 2. Ease of locating the property. If the name of the community was given [at the time of writing this, it was not] it would have helped us find the complex sooner. 3. Security gate. We could not enter the gate with the provided code. We asked the owner multiple times and did not get an answer back until hours later. The response was that the property was having issues with the gate. We had to let someone else let us in on every occasion. 4. Cleanliness. When we entered the apartment it smelled like cats and was dusty [my partner is allergic, he started having a reaction]. The floor was dirty, cat hair was found everywhere, we swept the apartment [There was a lot]. Also, we found other people's hair on the bed sheets. I am not allergic to cats, but the dust was problematic. I've stayed at pet friendly places before and never had this problem. 5. No access to amenities. The unit advertised pool and beach access. However, it was not disclosed in our welcome information that a gate key would be needed for every amenity. The key was not provided. We asked for a key and received no response. Reaching the beach became a challenge. We had to rely on residents passing by. The issues above were never resolved.
