Kids (and adults) will love the foosball + pool table! Kick back on 2 upper patios, stream on 3 TVs, and stay comfy with thermostats in every room. Washer/dryer in-unit and space for 4 cars in the driveway. Relax, recharge, and make memories!

†Just a heads-up, the garage is off-limits for guests, and one bedroom in the property is locked and not available for guest use; other than that, you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
†Availability of free driveway parking for 4 vehicles.

This quiet lakeside community offers a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. Just steps from the water, itâs ideal for beach days, kayaking, or a peaceful walk along the shoreline. The neighborhood is calm, friendly, and great for both families and groups looking to unwind.
Local Conveniences:
Shops, grocery stores, and casual restaurants are just a short drive away. A nearby resort offers dining, trails, and seasonal entertainment. There's also a popular outlet mall within reach for those in the mood for some shopping.
Recreation and Community:
The area features lots of green space, parks, and walking trails. Itâs easy to stay active with outdoor sports fields, splash pads, and local events that bring the community together year-round.
Innisfil Transit (via Uber):
Flat-rate rides are available through the Uber app for travel within town and nearby destinations.
Taxi Services:
Local taxis are available by phone or app, with accessible options on request.
Driving:
Most guests use a personal vehicle. Streets are wide, parking is easy, and Highway 400 is nearby.
Walking and Biking:
The area is pedestrian and bike-friendly, perfect for getting to the beach or exploring the neighborhood.
GO Train and Intercity Bus:
The Barrie South GO Station and regional buses offer connections to Toronto and other cities.
†The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
†Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
†Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any packages you order to the unit.

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
8. Please treat the hot tub with care. If it is left in a condition that renders it unusable for the next guest, a $300 fee will apply for draining, cleaning, and refilling.
