Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom family home in Innisfil, Ontario — just 5 minutes to the popular Innisfil Beach Park and only an hour from Toronto. This peaceful lakeside retreat is ideal for families, reunions, and small groups seeking both comfort and convenience.



The two-story home sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 cozy bedrooms (including a master suite with a king bed and crib) and a large pull-out sofa in the main floor living room. You'll love the fully equipped kitchen, oversized dining table, and breakfast nook—perfect for group meals and casual mornings.



Relax in the bright living room with a 65” smart TV or enjoy high-speed WiFi for remote work. The fully fenced backyard offers a serene escape, complete with a propane BBQ grill and outdoor seating—great for relaxing under the trees.

The house was incredible. It was in good shape and easily fit 10 people. Had a working grill that was such a great addition. Sofas and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean.

Golf weekend in Innisfil

I decided to have our annual golf weekend in Innisfil this year. I was very fortunate to find this large modern home to accommodate our eight golfers. Everyone enjoyed thie spacious, clean and comfortable surroundings.

Amazing Accommodations!

The house was very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The host was reachable at all times. She provided information on all the attractions close to the house. My group of friends enjoyed staying here. Very convenient to get to the beach and other places of interest. Will refer to other friends and hope to be back soon.

Wedding Guests Amazed

We recently stayed at this amazing 5-bedroom house and couldn't be happier with our experience. The location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house itself was spotless, and every essential was provided, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The owner was fantastic, offering excellent suggestions on local activities and places to visit. Their hospitality really made our trip special. Every one of our guests was blown away by the house and the overall experience. We can't recommend this place highly enough. A definite 5-star stay!

Innisfil Beach cottage

The rooms and all the other facilities excellent for group of friends or families. There were 5 room .We haven't had any issues. We did BBQ. Everything we needed was there. 2 Tvs. We used the smart tv to play our songs. Very nice.

Wedding Vacation

This was our first trip to Ontario. My wife and I and 2 other friends stayed at the place. Great place to stay with bigger groups. So much space. Having the BBQ and sitting are in the back was also a nice touch to sit and relax. The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood and close to the lake. The host was so nice to communicate with. Super fast to respond and also checked in on us mid trip to ensure everything at the house was good and to see if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. We would highly recommend this place for future guests and we would most definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Xmas 2024 in Innisfil

Goal was to spend Christmas day with family plus one extended family member from overseas out of the cramped condo and this cottage fit the bill perfectly. To better the chances of a white Christmas we chose a location close to Barrie but not too far north where we might get snowed in. The cottage is not lake-side or in a touristy area but we enjoyed using the BBQ grill and playing in the snow in the backyard. Inside was very clean and tidy with all the daily living essentials - note: there is only one hair dryer in the basement bathroom. Communication with the host was second-to-none and despite it being Christmas day David was gracious enough to check up on us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks very much!

Fantastic Stay

We went with friends and family travelling from outside the country and wanted them to experience the fall colours. We were 3 couples travelling with 3 kids and the house was more than sufficient for all our needs. There is a full fledged home in the basement which we didn’t even or barely used. The four bedrooms on top floor were perfect for all of us with 2 full bathrooms and a powder room on the ground floor. Kitchen was stocked with enough cutlery crockery and utensils plus coffee / tea pot and a toaster. The home was clean functional and aesthetically well done. Thanks so much for letting us stay at this humble abode. The hosts deserve a shoutout for keeping us well informed in advance of the house details as well as the neighbourhood. We definitely will come back in the future.
