Lahaina Shores amenities include an oceanfront pool and hot tub, plus BBQ grills. Lahaina Shores is currently undergoing comprehensive exterior renovations along with enhancements to its lush, tropical landscaping. The resort is scheduled to reopen in August 2025, unveiling a revitalized experience that blends modern upgrades with the timeless charm that has long defined this oceanfront gem.

Lahaina Shores 520 is professionally managed by Quam Properties. The condo will be supplied with a beach towel, a beach chair for each registered guest, and a cooler for your use during your stay. We also provide a one-time starter kit of essentials, including detergents, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, bath towel sets, and linens.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

We are a family owned and operated management company with over 30 years experience in Hawaii. We have a full service, dedicated and friendly staff, with attention to details are our primary concern.
Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.
