Step out to the dock for direct water access, and enjoy the use of provided kayaks for exploring the bay. While the yard is not fully fenced, there’s plenty of space to play, and exterior lighting adds a welcoming glow at night.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported.
