Welcome to your new home! Located in the village and one block off of the beautiful waters of Suttons Bay, plan on a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach, shopping for gifts only the locals can offer, and being entertained by business owners, the sun, the moon and stars. We have a four bedroom home, which includes a basement, three bathrooms and a one car attached garage. The main floor will welcome you with an open kitchen, dining room, living room area, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a hallway closet. The basement offers a large open space and a washer and dryer. There are TV's in every bedroom as well as the living room. We are located on the north end of the village, right next to one of the many TART Trail entrances. You can start your day on our deck, take the 5 minute walk to the beach, go for a bike ride, walk to the local bakery or enjoy one of restaurants/shops offering morning meals. The rest of the day is yours to relax or explore. Suttons Bay is within a few miles of local wineries, a casino, and just 15 miles away from Traverse City. The village of Suttons Bay is full of cute shops including a distillery/coffee shop, a bike rental shop, a pharmacy, a movie theatre, and a variety of restaurants. Winding roads throughout Leelanau County will complete your adventure as you discover your new favorite roads, beaches, villages and friends. Our home's main floor has 1,100 square feet, the upstairs has almost 400 square feet, and the basement (which is where the washer/dryer is located) has almost 900 square feet. The kitchen counter is a one of a kind handmade cement countertop filled with local rocks and stones; an entertainment piece all by itself. The living room has a couch and two reclining rocking chairs, and the dining room table and three bar stools provide seating for all guests to enjoy meals and conversation. Because we really want you to experience the beauty of Suttons Bay village and its water, rates are negotiable!
