Stunning View

This is a beautiful, well-equipped condo with a 180 degree view of the sea. We never tired of sitting on the balcony watching the sea, the boats and the whales. It was a short walk to many restaurants and the beach. We had two great tours: Ocean-Friendly Whale Watching and PV Food Tour.

Can’t beat the view

Most amazing view of the Bay of Banderas from our 8th floor spacious 1 bedroom flat. Great scenery of the Zona Romantica and so close to everything. Even saw whales breaching from the balcony. Staff was great and concierge was very quick with responses. The only downside would be the very busy street out front which was very noisy. Rooftop pool is amazing!

Great condo in PV!

The Condo was very nice and we found everything we could need. Amazing rooftop pool, where we spend most of our time. Emmanuel, our host, was always available to answer any question. In general, the staff working there was very polite and friendly, always eager to help. We had a great time!

Great Stay in our Favorite City!

The condo we stayed at in Soho was spotless and perfectly located within the city. Just a short walk to all the restaurants within the Romantic Zone.The team from Naya homes was efficient and the stay was seamless. They obviously have things working on cruise control to make our stay the best.One awkward aspect about the complex, they have WAY too many people working at the pool. They all talk and congregate, and pay little attention to the guests. Once they notice you need service, they are however, friendly.Highly recommend our unit!Thanks

Luxe Property/Pool

Stunning pool with food/beverage service and PV panoramic views. Best roof top pool of any PV condo building I've stayed in. Nice, spacious unit. I've stayed in this building a few times now. Great walkable location to restaurants and nightlife. My only wish is that there was a cross walk in front of the building. The street is busy and crossing it can be challenging at times.

Lived up to Expectations

We enjoyed the proximity to the Zona Romantica. We never took a cab or used a car the whole time we were there. The heated pool is amazing, as was the view! The only thing to be aware of is crossing the roadway to get to the beach. There is no crosswalk or lights, so anyone with a mobility issue, especially, would find it intimidating. Our suite was very well appointed, and we liked the excellent degree of security for the property.

Condo in Great Location

Just finished our 3 week stay at the condo. The building is in a great location within walking distance of everything you could want to do! Check in was easy- was met at the front desk and given a tour and handed the keys. Property was spotless and the staff work very hard to keep it that way. Although located on a busy street with lots of vehicle noise it was nice and peaceful up on the rooftop patio/ pool. The pool is not heated but actually felt quite refreshing on a hot sunny day. Saw some great sunsets up there. The waiters are great and the food and drinks were tasty. Condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. So many great restaurants to eat at nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Missing communication

Asked the concierge to fix the second toilet (not flushing properly), never answered. Ask for a proper coffee maker, not pods, never came back. Dishwasher not secured under the cubbies and not working at all. Patio door and bedroom doors have lock mechanism not operational. Lack of maintenance!! Very noisy, lot of traffic.

Beautiful Condo

The Condo itself is beautiful and brand new - a major plus! The staff is nice and helpful. Our contact Emanuel was wonderful. He stocked our condo with pre-arrival things we requested and he responded to our requests each and every time quickly. The gym is wonderful! The Pool is gorgeous, and I am sure with time the bar/restaurant will be even more wonderful. There were a few "flaws" with the condo which I would hope will be corrected for future guests: 1) Smell of methane was very evident and quite strong. 2) The sound of wind going through the condo especially at night was loud and distracting. The only way to solve it was to endure all doors were shut and sealed the bottom of the bedroom door. 3) The multi elevator situation to get to the room is terrible; however, we have become to realize it's a "Mexican" thing for hotels/condos.

The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. The building was nice, the gym and pool were 10/10.But we did have some serious issues:1. The battery on the door keypad died and we couldn’t get into the apartment for over an hour. There wasn’t a key to the door for us either and the property management office never answered the phone nor called me back when I called multiple times. The building front desk finally got ahold of them and they took almost an hour to show up. We missed our scheduled excursion and had to rebook it, wasting several hours of our day. 2. After we checked out they tried to blame us for stains on the sheets that were previously there. I had pictures and video from check in and check out so be sure to do the same if you book this place. 3. The apartment didn’t have any spare sheets for the bed or for the pullout couch, the kitchen lights flickered the entire time, and there were only 3 coffee pods for 2 people staying 5 days. We ignored these things at the time because we didn’t want to waste any time from our trip.4. The city noise from the balcony is HORRIBLE!!! I would rather stay closer to the water next time.5. They will not let you bring your own water bottle to the pool, which is minor but also extremely ridiculous.
