The Carriage House at Rose Estate is walking distance to all that historic downtown Savannah has to offer, but off the main path enough to enjoy peaceful nights and restful sleep on the Tuft & Needle memory foam mattresses. There is one dedicated parking for midsize car or smaller in the home`s garage and ample free street parking.

We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at this property. We ask that you please keep them off of furniture and linens and we require that they be on leash or in carriers any time they are in the shared garage or courtyard, that they be taken off property for all potty breaks, and that all of their waste be disposed of off property. All dogs staying at the property must be up to date on flea preventative.

-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.

-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.

-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios. Please leave the premises if you need to smoke. Savannah is beautiful to walk around.

- We cannot fix or refund any issue not brought to us as it occurs, not after your stay.
