Guests enjoy private and exclusive access to the entire main home and designated guest spaces during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, game room, screened porch, and outdoor gathering areas. Parking is available in the gravel driveway with room for multiple vehicles.

Please note that Recreation Cove is a **three-level home**. The main level includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary suite, and screened porch access. The upper level contains three bedrooms and a full bathroom, while the lower level houses the game room and laundry room. There are two steps leading from the driveway into the home, along with interior stairs between levels.

The property sits on a large wooded lot with natural North Georgia surroundings. Outdoor areas may include uneven terrain, rocks, elevation changes, and occasional wildlife typical of the region. Guests are encouraged to use reasonable caution while enjoying outdoor spaces.

A separate detached dwelling is located elsewhere on the property and is occupied by another tenant. This residence has separate access and does not share guest living spaces or amenities. Guest privacy and enjoyment are always respected.

We make every effort to schedule routine exterior services between guest stays. However, landscaping, pest control, or other brief exterior maintenance may occasionally occur during a reservation due to scheduling or continuous bookings.
